We purchased a newly remodeled home done by Gabriel through a broker. One particular issue came out regarding an installed propane tankless water heater, when in fact a natural gas system was the right system that should have been installed in the first place. For some reason, the main gas line was shut off when we conducted the home inspection prior to purchase and therefore the inspector noted no issues other than the need to turn the gas on to the house. We did not conduct a second inspection afterwards (that was our mistake perhaps) and eventually found out about the inappropriate water heater system after closing, when the whole system would shut off and no hot water would be dispensed. Two plumbing companies and finally the manufacturer confirmed that we had the wrong system in the first place, and needed to switch to a natural gas system. We contacted Gabriel to follow up on the issue. He refused to take responsibility for his mistake. We thought we eventually came to a deal (not a great one but no other choice) where we, the buyer, would purchase a new natural gas tankless water heater from the same brand (900$) and that he would install it for us, that is until he called us back to the following week to say he can do it for 600$, no shame at all. If you are thinking of purchasing one of his remodels, I would make sure to make at least 2 thorough inspections, as it is unlikely that he would assume responsibility for any defaults or repairs that are found out after the transaction. He is simply not an honest person.

My roof was leaking very much. Most of my living room ceiling fell in. Called Gabriel.... He put on new roof, repaired and replaced the insulation and the whole ceiling.....painted the whole room and ceiling. It is perfect now. No leaks, No problems. It all looks brand new. He has hard workers who are conscientious and thoroughly capable for all the roofing and sheet-rock work. They saved my house completely. Larry Bell

Over the course of a few years Gabriel completed several renovations in our home...from installing wood flooring which also required cement to level the subfloor, to building a laundry room, to designing and remodeling two bathrooms. He was always courteous and considerate in his interactions. Beyond professional[ he was friendly. Constant in his mind is getting the best result at the lowest price for his client. We sold the house recently - received multiple offers and sold over asking. I am certain Gabriel's quality of work contributed significantly to this positive outcome.

***AVOID AT ALL COST*** this guy is a total hack. had to back out of a project i hired him to do, asked for my $3000 deposit back and only returned half. now, does not respond to emails or calls after giving me the runaround for a whole year. completely unprofessional and a total waste of time and money

Beware of this service...worst customer service and response. Took me months to get Gabriel to return my calls and emails. Got scheduled for 6 weeks later when connected. I called him two days before to confirm the appointment and he flat told me he was busy and did not have time because he had a bigger project. BEWARE...dont waste your time...too many other reputable services to choose from!!!!
