I contacted William at G and D Screen, to get a quote for screen replacement on our pool enclosure. William came by that afternoon and gave me an acceptable quote, to replace all screens, replace any missing screws, and ensure screen doors had new hardware.
The work was scheduled for a couple of days later. The work crew arrived, began the project with pressure washing the structure, making repairs, and replacing screens. They completed the job in about 4 hours, and cleaned up the entire area before having me review the completed work. The work crew did a great job, I will definitely use G and D if the need arises!

We had an aluminum cover added to our patio. All went well until the inspection failed twice. Calls to the office resolved nothing. Now we have an open permit and a non-permitted cover attached to our house.

I've been using this company for a while in the beginning they were extremely slow with responses.

It still takes them a day or so to get back to you. But their pricing is fair their work is excellent they're just not the quickest with their response time

Their knowledge and work is top notch. Leonel is the son and he is the person I usually contact now and he always gets back to me and gets my job done.

I have used him to replace screens on my screened in enclosure, replaced a screen door and he does other side work too.

I just had my patio screen room screens replaced by D & G Screens. They did an outstanding job on my screening replacement. They have the best prices of the bids I received for my screen replacement. This is a family owned business in which the entire family works in this business, Not a large company that only cares about money and not really their clients. Leonel did an outstanding job doing the work on my small job. So if you need re-screening done or a screen room built, definitely use D and G. Look no further.

I can't believe these people are actually still in business considering their failure to show up or even call at the appointment time. Still no return call to reschedule or apologize. This company sucks. Don't use them!

After receiving 2 other estimates to redo my screened patio and replace parts to the screen doors, I contracted with G & D because their price was lower. However, you know the old adage' ""You get what you paid for."" I learned that the hard way. I was never informed by the salesgirl that there were different screen options available. My neighbor had a much finer screen which helped to keep out no- see- ums. When I asked her about it the day of the installation, she said ""I should have asked for it, and by the way, it's a lot more money.""
The screening job was nicely done by two young Hispanic fellows. They did, however, leave lots of trash in my gardens around the screen enclosure.
Two weeks later, both doors would not close properly. I called G and D to have them adjust the doors. It took SEVEN phone calls for them to finally come out and adjust them. This was 5 months later, too, I might add. In addition to adjusting the doors, the rubber strip at the bottom of the door needed replacing. They didn't have the material on the truck to do that so they'd ""be back first thing tomorrow""..... Well, it's been one week later and they haven't shown up. I made another phone call to their office today and was told, ""they'd be by"". Meanwhile, she never even asked for my address .
The first time I had called their office , Delila (??) wanted the names of the installers and was angry at me for not knowing their names. Are you kidding me?? Aside from saying ""hello"" to one another, and ""goodbye"", there was no conversation between us.
Somehow I have the feeling this rubber strip won't be repaired anytime soon. For their poor follow up and lack of customer service, I rate them a one star.

This PM storm blew in one of the screens on my pool enclosure about 2:30. Called G & D, whom I've used before. Lionel came over about 5:30. Fixed/replaced 5 screens and installed new hardware on both my screen doors. Finished by 7:00PM and very reasonable charge. Even reinforced some of the support beams and door jams with NO charge. Had three different estimates and G&D was the lowest price. Took less than a month from the day they came to measure to finished enclosure and this included waiting for building permits. They cleaned everything before leaving and owner stayed behind to make sure we were completely satisfied. I highly recommend this business.
