Nice person yet inexperienced, a poor listener, and fails to correct mistakes in basic workmanship (i.e. leveling) after repeated requests. Has to defer to subs and homeowner for basic expertise. Makes poor choices when requested not to by homeowner and subs. Again poor listener. Cares more about being paid then finishing the corrections and flood damage from roofing repair that were promised.
