Hired GA roofing to come give me an estimate for my main house and garage roof maintenance. The guest house was not included due as it was just replaced as a flat roof. They quoted me 850 and it also included any new shingles that needed replacement. Shortly after the estimate, I realized the guest house has a small portion of shingle roof at the entrance and asked if they included it. Over the phone the said yes but contract was not updated. The job was completed and I was pleased with the work done. Granted it took roughly an hour with 2 guys, I thought was quick considering it was 850. I saw the report and they did a great job with the main home fixes, but did not include any guest house pictures. I thought then nothing needed on the guest house. Some months later I noticed 3 shingles missing on the guest house entrance and requested if they could fix it at no cost. I then got them messages showing screenshot of the contract that shows guest house not included. I tried to make a case that we had a verbal agreement, plus it was just 3 shingles, that I had already invested 850, an no shingles were replaced in my main home. Yet, they stayed firm and offered no resolution and kept pointing to the contract. I will never do business with this company, can't even try to provide some resolution, not even a discounted price to just flex 3 shingles. Rather than giving me some resolution and keeping me happy, they prioritized their contract and unwillingness to help, could have had me as a long time customer. I will take my business elsewhere where I can have friendly service and folks that are willing to compromise and do a little extra to keep customers happy.

Excellent!!! I would highly recommend them to anyone. The service and professionalism is A1. The guys were great and punctual. Scott your staff was awesome. They were quick to fix my roof, the price was so reasonable. I cannot say more about how happy I am with your work. Your company has definitely earned 5 plus stars. You were so honest with me and delivered what you said you could do. It was the best decision I made going with your company ( I interviewed over a dozen contractors) you kept in contact with me and the wait was well worth it. We had some fascia repair that I THOUGHT needed to be done on our house so I had these guys come out to give an estimate. Scott came out on time to give it a look at actually told me I DO NOT need to do the replacement work I thought it needed. I am giving him 5 stars just for being honest because it's hard to find honest companies these days. He could have easily BS'd me and said all the work needed to be done and taken my money. He also gave an honest assessment of how much life our roof has left in it and just for the honesty I'll be giving them a call in a couple of years when that time comes. So even though GA Roofing hasn't done any work for me, I think others who are reading these reviews can know they are an honest company.

Working with Scotty has been amazing. We replaced a couple skylights due to wear and age and he made sure I understood the process and set expectations extremely clearly. Even made sure I didn't overspend on options he didn't think was worth it. He was extremely punctual and all work was completed on time.

He went above and beyond a few weeks later when I realized there was an option for the skylights that he wasn't aware of that would make them far better suited for my application. He didn't hesitate to look into and when he saw that a part could be swapped out, didn't hesitate to offer it and do the work solely as a learning experience for himself. He had owed me nothing and could have easily refused, but clearly wanted me to be happy with all of the work.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Scotty, and actually feel great about my own roof knowing that if there's ever any issues, I have someone to call.

Our home was struck by lightning and needed roof repair. We were very blessed to be connected with G. A. Bolt Roofing through our contractor. Georgeann was incredible to work with and supported us through every step of the process.
No one plans for their home to be struck by lightning, but when it does, you want Georgeann by your side! She came with a plan and assisted with the insurance claim. She went to bat for us to make sure the value of our home was protected. The shingles on the existing roof were discontinued and she took the time to protect the interest of her client while also keeping the highest level of integrity with the insurance agency in mind.
I never once felt like we were ""just another repair"" on their list. There were multiple visits to our home to inspect, measure, consult on shingle colors and types, etc.
She was responsive and professional - literally sending communication at 6:30am to keep us informed and was onsite until at least 8:30pm on the day of the roof replacement to make sure progress was going well.
Every member of the team was courteous and respectful and I could not be more pleased with the outcome of our new roof!

Our two building, 10 unit condo needed gutters. After four quotes (two of which refused to do the job) GA Roofing got the job. The install was very difficult with a few added twists and turns for the downspouts. Johnny and the crew were on time, very conscientious, and everything looks great! We contacted GA Roofing after discovering some leak on our mom's house after the deluge of rains we recently had based on yelp reviews. After an initial consultation, Scott came by and assessed the situation and came up with a few options and we decided on repair. Scott & his crew came by yesterday and did the work as mentioned in his proposal and even went beyond the call of duty. The price was exactly as quoted. If we ever have any other roof issues, we plan on contacting GA and Scott!

We contacted your company for a roof repair based on a leak that occurred after the heavy rains.

Thank you for the analogy of the bald tire. Using your analogy, in this instance, it is looking like the ""tire"" is repairable.

The insurance company performed their inspection and based on where they identified the leak, it appears that the leak is coming from vents.

When Tino inspected the roof, he sent us roof replacement estimates without addressing the location of the leak. He was VERY responsive when discussing a replacement.

When we submitted the estimates to the insurance company, they stated that they would first like to go with their inspector's supporting evidence of leaking vents since he showed pictures and circled the location of the faulty vents. They further stated that if the roofing company can show evidence of a 30 year roof failing in 20 years or location of the damage they would reconsider their decision.

When we contacted Tino for the supporting evidence he stated that he could only show evidence of ""normal ware and rare.""

With that said, we requested that Tino provide an estimate for the replacement of the roof vents. He was contacted a total of 4 times. Once by voice mail and three times by text. Tino never responded again.
