choice when I needed to have my parents roof replaced. They showed up on time, had the materials and completed the job ahead of time.

Shabby finishing! Took 5+ days as employees showed up here and there to remove the old roof. 1200 square foot home.

Used all the old drip edge metal, didn't replace it. Seems like our job was shoved in as a quick after thought. Contract states:

""The roof will receive all new metal pipe jacks, nosings, hoods and bases and metal will be painted to match roof color. New eyebrow vents at the upper ridge area as well as proper ventilation"". What I found when I climbed on the roof is that NONE of the pipes, vents etc. had been replaced except one piece. I would rather be told the truth, that there was a mistake made rather than have a professional lie by omission : Asking for house paint but to paint the 12 year old plastic and metal parts. The paint is now chipping off, there was no caulking added.

I finally climbed up on the roof because the new gutter that was installed pulled away from the eave, bowed out and for the past two months there has been a water fall from the gutter, down the side of the house. And on to the front porch at the exterior wall. When Dan came and climbed on the roof to check he pulled the gutter away and said they would just have to nail it back in, that the gutters needed to be cleaned. Told him that Didn't sound right because a gutter of 12 years got plugged every year with no issues.

I found the guys who'd done the job on the gutter had used 1/2"" screws? and the hangers weren't screwed in at all! As far as the leveling of the new gutter 60' gutter, there is water pooling in the middle. The gutter should have been done in two parts like the original one and leveled to its own drain at each end of the home.

Finally, we had a leak and that's why we had the roof redone. Still have same leak, same spot in the ceiling. Dan came buy and told us the heating vent was the issue and it needed a hood. Haven't heard back from Dan and its been several weeks since he climbed on the roof

Please feel free to drop by and see the quality of Dan and his crews work. Dan identified, removed and repaired All dry rot on the property in preparation for painting. Dan used a superior quality Benjamin Moore Regal Select to prime and paint an additional 2 layers on all 8 of our buildings. Dan used a 5 layer waterproofing system to waterproof @ 40,000 sq ft of raised concrete decks and porch areas while navigating the labyrinth of logistics to satisfy each homeowner and getting the job done. In addition Dan built a 25ft x 15t structure to hold the solar thermal panels that will heat our pool. Dan answered all of my questions was, amiable when things needed to be addressed timely and was a pleasure to work with. Dan has now agreed to offer his services to meet our needs, on an ongoing basis for routine and annual property needs for example (gutter cleaning, HVAC filter replacement, drain cleaning, leak repair etc). He will be performing our next big project witch will be to waterproof our balconies this spring. Dan has the ability and crews to do anything from foundation on up. I highly recommend him for any of your construction needs.

The employees are disrespectful of personal properties and absolutely unpleasant to have around. They have run beyond their stated timeline on the project and there is no clear communication as to when they will finish.

The owner Dan Check, and his foreman Daniel O'Hare are honest and a pleasure to work with. They and all of their subcontractors are master craftsmen. They all have worked together for many years, and work well together as a team. They worked diligently with no delays, and did a masterful job. Highly recommended.

I had a landscape construction business in Marin for 15 years so I know how things work. Dan and his crew were referred to me by a close friend who was very happy with the roofing work he did for her. He put on a new roof for 2 of my family members homes. They did a GREAT job. They showed up on time, were considerate and did quality work. Dan is old school, as in, he is honest and does the job right. He also gives a fair price, which is refreshing especially in the high priced Marin area. He made recommendations that were spot on and did the little extras like priming a cottage wall for my mother that wasn't part of the job at all! I also hired Dan to move the stove in my kitchen and put up a new range hood. I have an old 50's house and once open the electric was found to be a mess. He was here every day working at it till it was right.- and didn't want to charge me over his original quote. Seriously, when do you get that kind of service? The work looked great in the end - he has a good eye for style...who knew? Cant say enough about this company, obviously. Good luck with your project!

Full Coverage Roofing recently replaced the roof on my mother's house. Since she isn't the most tech savvy person and probably doesn't know what yelp is, I am writing this review in her stead.
Dan came highly recommended through a friend of mine and is rated A+ from the better business bureau so I suggested my mom use him to replace her ailing roof. In the time she has owned her duplex property, about 33 years, there has been 3 different roofers that have come out and done a full replacement. Every time they were ""finished"" there was still a leak down into the garage.
After Dan and his crew were completed they did a full water test and there was no leak found whatsoever. During the recent rains all of the water flowed off the flat section where it used to pool. They even raised up the middle of the flat roof section so that water would flow out towards the downspouts absolutely free of charge! They identified the problem and then did the necessary improvements so that the job was finally done right. They were even done ahead of schedule. We couldn't be happier with the result.
His pricing was very reasonable and he is fully licensed, bonded, and insured.
