FSR Services and the Seibert's are well known and TRUSTED names in the community. They have replaced residential shingle roofs for my family on 2 occasions over the last 5 years. Gerald Casey with FSR was an excellent representation of FSR. I called in on a Saturday after I noticed a small leak above my garage (piece of flashing had lifted up) and asked for him because he had serviced my home in the past. The operator told me he had the day off. I told her that it was no big deal and that I would be happy to have another tech come over. 10 minutes later Gerald called and insisted he come out to handle the issue. He fixed the leak in our roof in short order ON HIS DAY OFF. I couldn't be more thankful. Thank you, Gerald!!

We hired FSR Services right after the hail storms of 2016 to replace our roof and gutters after the insurance company determined they needed to be replaced. Nick Loar was the salesman who signed the the contract with us on May 23, 2016.

FSR completed the job in a few days but after a month during a rain storm, I noticed a significant water leak in my garage. I called their main San Antonio office who then told me I need to contact my salesman, Nick Loar. I called Mr. Loar at least ten times and left numerous voice messages without a call back.

I called and explained the situation to their SA office then they gave me excuses like Nick Loar is on vacation or busy with other projects or straight up lied and said he'll return your call, etc. Finally, they got David Baldwin from their Houston office to call me back.

The conversation with Mr. Baldwin was pleasant and he sensed my urgency at that time so he said a Houston crew would be in the San Antonio area and could stop by and remedy the problems. That was great!

The next day, Juan from their Houston crew showed up and took care of the leak above the garage but said he couldn't do anything about the improper pitch and drainage problem so he'll have to report back to David Baldwin and see what could be done.

I waited three days for Mr. Baldwin to call me but the call never came. I called and left a few voice messages but no call back again.

My gutter is still draining incorrectly after almost six months and I left a voice mail on Nick Loar's line on March 30, 2018 and I have not heard anything back. I called David Baldwin and his voice mail box is full so I could not leave any messages.

TO CONSUMERS: DO NOT! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE QUICK TO TAKE YOUR MONEY BUT ONCE THEY GET THE MONEY AFTER WORK IS DONE, IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO GET THEM TO COME BACK TO DO WARRANTY WORK. CAVEAT EMPTOR!

I have had FSR Services do not only siding on my home but several roof repairs over the years on various properties I have owned (our first complete roof job they did for us was in 2001, siding done in 2010, and we just had them do a roof repair on the home we just sold in October of 2014.). I have only received excellent customer service from them from beginning to end and am absolutely thrilled with the quality of their work. I would highly recommend this company, they'll do a great job.

This company is formerly Four Seasons Roofing. They kept the initials of the former company, have the same owner, phone number, etc. but will NOT honor the warranties for work done under the other company name. Their web site claims that customer service is important to them, as it should be, but when it comes down to it that appears to be untrue. We spent almost 20,000.00 on our roof and I love it, but when we had some decking seperate from the rafters I called them for repair since it is still under warranty. After several days and phone calls later, I was told that they would not warrant the defect, but they may consider giving me a discounted estimate. I don't feel that is a very good way of doing business and would certainly recommend checking out a more stable company that may not change their name in the future to keep from doing warranty work.

Roofs are an easy thing to take for granted. Everythings groovy, utilities work, you're protected from the elements until a combination of age and inclement weather brings it to a screeching halt. Such was the case during a recent storm where it was pretty clear the roof was not in good shape and that we had leaks going on in several areas of the house. I just don't generally trust the guys who come door to door trying to sell new roofs so I like to do my own research. I started trying to find a reputable Houston roofing company. Trusted Houston Roofer was a perfect match. These guys were upfront with the pricing and their quality of work and they over delivered on both. The price was very affordable plus it was covered by our insurance and they got the job done quickly and efficiently. Trusted Houston Roofer is a very professional company and I would use them again. Highly recommended.
