Contacted them specifically for a roof repair estimate on a mobile home and 2 phone calls later someone finally showed up, took a few photos with his phone and said his office would contact me that afternoon or the next day. 3 days later I called to see what was up, resulting in profuse apologies and assurances that someone would contact me ASAP. Get a call the next day from their Vacaville location only to be told that they do not do repair work on mobile home roofs but offered to replace the roof, sight unseen, for literally twice the price I had been quoted elsewhere. At best a bait and switch scenario and a complete waste of my time. Being that it was during the Holiday season I refrained from leaving a 1 star review but caution is advised to anyone seeking their services.

Their estimate was double the next highest one. Their service was quick but their scope and accuracy was poor. I have had countless roofs replaced on my rentals and I would recommend anyone look for value go elsewhere.

Terrible customer service! I had an appointment scheduled on a Friday between 2-4 pm. I took time off work to be there. It was confirmed both by email and text. 4:30 pm rolls by and NOTHING. I call and speak with someone who tried to call the person assigned to me but was unable to get in touch. He promised to call ASAP. One hour and 15 min later I call back again and they apparently had no idea what I was talking about and wanted to set up a new appointment
And go through the entire explanation of what I was looking for in terms of estimate. I guess they lost all my notes as well as my appointment information and name. A total waste of my time Not even an apology. So unprofessional. If they are so bad about getting an estimate I can't even imagine how terrible their actual work must be.

If I could give this business zero stars, I would. Terrible terrible service. Don't use this company if you are claiming insurance. They prioritize non-insurance customers. I was given this company during the middle of September and was told that I would be contacted within 48 hours. I never got the call. Instead, I had to call them myself. The troubles continue. It took a long time before they can come to do an inspection on my house and they were unprepared. They didn't bring a ladder high enough to do inspection the roof because the ladder didn't reach all the way to the top of the house. I called them a second time to redo the inspection and was surprised by how the customer service was worse. I spoke with Sabrina the second time; the first time was with Melvin. Sabrina was super unprofessional. She hung up on me, turned her phone off knowing that I would call her, and lied about not having service when I called the company back the next business day. I even left Sabrina voicemails asking her to call me back and she could've but didn't. I even spoke with Jessica, the off hours representative, to see if she could help but she had limited capabilities.

It took over 2 months to get my roof done. Melvin said it doesn't and shouldn't take that long. Because the team was super unprofessional, my roof had to bear through at least 2 more rainy days before they were able to repair my roof.

On the day of replacing the tiles on my roof, the repairmen were super late. I'm not even sure they fully replaced all my tiles because Melvin said I had over 20 tiles that were broken and needed to replace but the repairmen said that not a lot of tiles needed to be replaced. I do not recommend this company at all, very frustrated with the experience. Will be asking for another company to redo the inspection.

Roof was leaking called to get estimate for repair in March 2023. Received free estimate and I pointed out where the leak was in garage. I was told it was leaking from two spots on top of garage. They were booked out so couldn't get repairs done until May. Roof was repaired but of course it's May no rain. So once rain started in January 2024 roof started back up leaking again in the same spot. I have reached out to get someone to check it and it took 3 weeks and over 20 phone calls for someone to come out. When they came out it wasn't raining so they only seen wet spot. So I was told to call back when it rains so they can try to figure it out why it was still leaking. It rained 2 days later at end of January and I have been calling for since and no one has returned my call or came out to repair.

We needed our tile roof repaired, which entailed replacing broken tiles, re-epoxy and reset sliding tiles, and certifying the roof for resell of our residence. I got numerous bids from Yelp listed roofing contractors.

Frontline Roofing did not have any reviews to recommend them, but they gave us a very aggressive bid (even though, they weren't the lowest bid). In talking to one of the owners, the business is established and licensed in San Diego and they are in the process of establishing an office in NorCal.

The estimator was prompt and thorough in the inspection and very straight forward in what they had to offer in their tile ""tune-up"" proposal.

The proposal was sent via email the same day in a nice little personalized packet. Their service included:

1. Realign all loose and slipped tiles
2. Replace up to 20 tiles (additional tiles are $12/each)
3. Seal all vents, pipes, and exhaust
4. Clear all valleys, gutters, and water ways
5. Apply mortar/cement caps in areas where needed
6. Realign flashings
7. Furnish a one year certificate for work guarantee

As I stated before, they weren't the lowest bid, but I appreciated the breakdown of everything that they do in their service. They were very professional, and cleaned up their entire mess. The owner did call me and tell me that I needed 2 additional tiles which would be acquired in the next week and then replaced.

The roof looks great. I would not hesitate one bit recommending Frontline Roofing to get any roof repairs that you might need.
