I highly recommend Frontline Roofing of Lake Elsinore. On 1/15/25 I contacted Frontline Roofing for an estimate on a new roof on my Wildomar home. On 1/15/25 an estimator from Frontline came to my home and gave me an estimate and provided me with the information what materials would be used. Also on that date i received a call from another roofer in Hemet. They said they would get back to me in a few days. I did receive that estimate also. Frontline estimate was a little higher but comparing the estimates their materials consisted of an additional layer of water and ice underlayment and tile replacement and wood repair included in their estimate which was not included in the other estimate. Also, Frontline gave a 10 year warranty on labor and a 50 year warranty on materials also added flashing on edges that were not there on first roof install. Oh, and they also included handling all the permits required. They began the install on Monday 1/20/25 and finished at noon on 1/23/25. They cleaned up at the end of everyday and kept me informed every step of the way, very courteous workers.

I am absolutely appalled by the service from this business. I was told not once, but twice that someone would be at our home to assess an urgent leak/damage. No-one showed from 9-11 or from 3-5. I called them 4 times and on the last call, I was told that someone was on their way. An employee by the name of Luis called and verbalized he would not be coming to the home to inspect the leak/damage. He could do it all virtually. What a joke. My husband had taken the day off work and so did I. The lack of communication is horrendous and employees need to be held accountable for such incompetency from the very first call that was made. Don't waste your time or money with this business. I found them to be VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I spoke with management who verbalized ""it was a virtual appointment"" when no employee ever mentioned that to me, not once. Otherwise I would have called another company. BE AWARE! I would NEVER TRUST this business. And, I would NEVER recommend it to anyone.

Tom Elsey came to my house to quote a roof replacement and he was very knowledgeable, honest and got right to the point. He was able to assess the situation and give me a quote in about a half hour. Much Appreciated.

Terrible company! I originally had an inspection from Don but he failed to do his job and gave me and my realtor false information. Then when I found out about the mistake the team apologized until I spoke with the manager who denied any fault from his team. After arguing with the manager for an hour he agreed to do the service for a discount, a month later when they finally came out I was hit with a surprise charge of $3000. Lastly, a crew member left a ladder in my yard for a week. Terrible company and my realtor agreed, never go to these guys!

An awesome team of professionals at this company to serve your roofing needs. They are licensed, carry insurance and provide a warranty on their work. I was impressed that the sales rep used a drone for measuring the job and provided a quote on the spot. This was my third bid and it came in just under the amount I had in mind. The office sent the contract over using docusign. The work started as soon as the city permit was secured. Sabrina went over the contract details which was helpful to understand what was included in the price before we started the job. This also prevents any misunderstandings, which I had none. The pay points were reasonable and fair. The crew was on time, respectful and friendly. They brought a trash container that they hauled off daily to empty. No trash was ever left behind, only job supplies and that was kept secure in the back yard. Frontline Roofing has my highest recommendation!

I spoke to Alex who was respectful, professional, and kind. I definitely recommend Frontline roofing for their affordable prices, and excellent service. Alex and his team finished the roofing project in 3 days and did an excellent job. They even took the time to complete my roof on a holiday.
