I put an inquiry in to see if Frontier could help with the recent house damages due to the storms in Houston. Alex, called me immediately to see if he could help, inquired about what needed to be fixed, and was extremely responsive after I provided pictures.
Unfortunately, Alex will not be able to assist in the repairs, since he does not replace drywall or the ""siding"" issue since it has to be replaced by panels. The reason I am writing the review is because he was honest about what he and his team were qualified and capable of doing, and didn't try to do a money grab like many contractors are doing with the house damages all around Houston. Thank you for being so kind, and if I ever run into further issues you can help with, I'll definitely reach out.
