They replaced my asphalt shingle roof 2 years ago with a metal roof. At the time, their prices were competitive and I just needed to cancel the project with Affordable Roofing that kept adding square footage to the project and jacking up the price. Initially, I contacted Friga Tyme to replace the roof, soffit, facia, and gutters but after taking months to complete the roof, they pretty much ignored me to finish the job so I paid for the roof and took care of the rest myself
Then Ian hit. This was guaranteed to be a 160 mph roof, but 2 ridge caps blew off. One of them was recovered and I installed it myself. I contacted FT about replacing the other piece but they said their warranty does not cover hurricane damage. On a hurricane rated roof. They have me an estimate of $1200, for a13' piece of aluminum that just pushes on and is secured with a few pop rivets (the reason it blew off is they didn't use enough rivets). I ended up buying the piece from another roofing company ($50) and installing it myself (30 min).

In conclusion, terrible customer service, they don't follow through on their warranty, then will try to gouge you for a repair they should have taken care of for free. I would never use this company for any project.
