Freutel was exceptional about estimating the project cost and schedule. The work cost was more than fair and actually very competitive. Danielle followed up often and fast. The crew that did the work (led by Michael) was exceptionally professional and extremely knowledgable. The team basically did a 2000SF roof and garage in 2 days without even making a mess in the yard (which is tough because we are on a hill). The workmanship is exceptional and the quality of products used is the best. - I work in commercial construction manage very complex and large project contracts/budgets. And, I've managed 100's of commercial roof projects back in my project manager days. Wow and thanks. I went to Freutel and waited for their availability based on references and those references were 100% right. Awesome. I wish every contractor was even close to these guys/gals.

Great company to work with. We had a leaking roof with winter coming. Daniele set us up with an estimate and then kept us informed throughout the entire process. Mike and the crew accomidated our schedule. We did notice a cracked window upon our return from a roadtrip. I could not prove that the crew had had any thing to do with the cracked window but Mike took a look at it and replaced it for free. As a retired Federal contracting officer, I recommend this company. They were professional and delivered.

We hired Freutel Roofing to replace a tar and gravel flat roof on the back of our house. They did a fantastic job. The office lady Daniele kept in contact with us to let us know when the guys would be here, what would be happening and approximately how long it would take. The timing was accurate. All of our expectations were exceeded. Attention to detail was awesome. They noticed some things that needed to be done which were not a part of their job and they took care of them anyhow. The roof was very reasonably priced and the materials they use are the newest state of the art material. Overall we are more than satisfied with our experience and will highly recommend them for all other roofing jobs! Way to go Mike and crew. Can't thank you enough!

The first time I called, I was able to schedule an appointment, but no one ever came, even after following back with the office. I waited six months and tried again. This time one of the crew came over and was professional, but we never heard back with an estimate. I have no choice but to look elsewhere, sorry.

These guys did an outstanding job on my roof. Quality work. Very professional crew. Very courteous and always worked clean. I had quite possibly the worst roof ever that needed a lot of work to fix. It was leaking when I called to schedule a replacement and they fixed that problem to give us piece of mind until they were able start work. If it ever rains again in California I won't be worried. Best roof business in Pacifica.

I start the process of adding solar to my house... but after inspection, it was required that I needed a reroof.
So, off to Yelp for a search and Freutel came up with great reviews... and they were local and family run.
Their price was hard to beat.. and they got the job done relatively fast. I would highly recommend these guys. They even cleaned up pretty good around the house... the only debris I found was small bits on the roof.

I have called Freutel twice. Mike was to come out to give an estimate for repairs. No show. Called again 2 weeks later and was told they would call back. It's been a week and still nothing. I'm understanding that with the recent rains, they could be busy but would have liked a call to reschedule or sorry for the delay...something! But to leave a customer hanging with no word is not good customer service. Too bad because they came highly recommended.
