Terrible customer service, awful repair job. Try to get the General Manager to call you back without waiting weeks and without calling and emailing to pester the office staff to get him to call. Same goes with him not returning calls/emails to my insurance company for WEEKS. Insurance adjuster had to call me twice to ask why Ed wouldn't return her calls.

The work was sloppy and unprofessional, and while the G.M. did apologize he also made lame excuses like ""well they left debris (nails, tar paper, tile chunks) in your gutters because they couldn't reach without falling off the roof"". The gutters are 7.5 feet off the ground. Of greatest concern were the repair cuts to the tile. They were very crooked and looked terrible from the street view. The second repair crew did it right, thankfully, but it's gut wrenching to think some jackasses may have ruined your roof.

Also, because of the G.M.'s minority opinion which is contrary to how EVERYONE else installs tile roofing, my insurance company of course jumped at the chance to quote him as the expert, and they didn't cover my $5,000 repair bill. EVERY roofer installs tile in the manner he said was incorrect, and those jobs are all inspected and approved. These people are a nightmare I wish I never encountered. Am still considering legal action over his stupid report which is only his opinion.

I don't know roofing, but I know these are not the roofers you want. I had friends and relatives (3 other houses ) that had roof leaks due to the heavy December rains. I made sure they called a different roofer. I wish I had been patient enough to wait for my local guy to do the work.

If I could give this place more than 5 stars I would!!!! - for two reasons:

1) Lorn Thompson, the plant manager gave me the BEST customer service experience I have EVER received!!! My home was built at a time when it was within code to install roof tiles on open sheathing (slats of wood with no plywood or tar paper), so if a tile slips or cracks, water goes right down into the house. (Whoever thought that was a good idea should be beaten and tarred and feathered and then shot and hung in a tree and left to rot with bugs to eat up the corpse!!!). I'm not a roofer, but even I know that is the most stupid idea in home building ever!!!! Additionally, I hired a landscaper to top off a tree in my front yard, and to my horror, he got up on my roof to cut the tree! I couldn't believe it! As I feared, he broke some of the tiles. Mr. Thompson took me under his wing and spent time teaching me what I needed to know to rectify the situation. He treated me like he really wanted to help me and explained things very clearly. I don't know his salary, but he deserves every penny he earns!

2) Fresno Roofing Company had the EXACT tiles I needed for my roof! This is extraordinary because the tile on my roof have not been made in over 20 years! Fresno Roofing actually buys old, used roofing tiles for customers like me who cannot find a present day match. They actually had a whole pallet of the tile I needed. I had my roof serviced about 10 years ago by another roofing company, but that company used newer tiles that did not exactly match the existing tile, and it's obvious. Had I hired Fresno Roofing, my roof tiles would probably be more consistent in color. I may replace not only the cracked tiles, but also the tiles that do not match with the tile that Fresno Roofing has.

As long as I own a home in Fresno, I will never go anywhere else for my roofing needs! I probably sound like an infomercial, but I've never wanted to write a more positive review as now!
