Seal around chimneys - A likely area for leaks to develop. Press down all lifted nails and patch - As shingles lose Petrochemicals and flexibility, nails can become elevated. Replace missing or damaged shingles - Matching the color of old shingles can be tough, but we’ll do our best. Apply PEAK 301 across your entire roof - The application takes roughly 2 hours, and full absorption occurs in about 24 hours.
