Here’s how we can assist you: COMPLIMENTARY Well Care Roof Inspection - We’ll take pictures and videos to show you the problems. Remove debris from the roof - We’ll blow and sweep away debris and treat any moldy areas. Seal or replace all vent flashings - This is a common source of leaks. Seal around chimneys - Another common leak source. Drive down all raised nails and patch - Over time, shingles lose Petrochemicals and flexibility, causing nails to rise. Replace missing or damaged shingles - Matching the color of old shingles can be tough, but we’ll do our best. Apply PEAK 301 to your whole roof - It takes around 2 hours to apply, with complete absorption in about 24 hours.

After completing the work, we’ll revisit a few days later to inspect and take more pictures. Now, you can simply forget about it for a minimum of 6 years.
