Here’s what we will do for you: NO-COST Well Care Roof Inspection - We’ll document the issues with photos and videos for your review. Clear debris from the roof - We’ll blow off and sweep away debris, treating any areas with mold. Seal or replace all vent flashings - This is a common source of leaks. Seal around chimneys - A likely area for leaks to develop. Secure all raised nails and patch - Shingles lose Petrochemicals and flexibility over time, leading to raised nails. Replace any shingles that are missing or damaged - While matching the color of old shingles can be difficult, we’ll make every effort. Apply PEAK 301 to your whole roof - It takes around 2 hours to apply, with complete absorption in about 24 hours.
