The crew started without advanced notice on 3/30/22. The winds that day were well over 20mph. I arrived at my home seeing the tear off items flying around the neighborhood. I was unable to get into my house at first because of the tear off being on the ground. It looked like the storm that was due to hit had already been at my house as is shown in one of the pics. The crew finally left about 630pm only to return, unannounced, at roughly 740pm where I found a girl on my front yard shining a flash light on the roof for the guy on it who was tacking down the ridge. There was also a broadcast light set up on the side of the house. Roofing being done after dark, right before a storm was to hit! Unacceptable. The other pic shows all the nails, screws that I found after completion. The rain sensor was not reinstalled and I actually found it under a bush a few days after completion.
Robert, who said 'let me know if there are any problems', was sent a pic of the first bit of nails I found and advised of the rain sensor also said he take care of it. Never showed up and I was only given a vague timeline of when he would be there the next day.
I have found freeman roofing to be completely unprofessional and untrustworthy.

I highly recommend Freemans Roofing, they have a fast, friendly, and courteous crew. My rep, Shane Thomas, went out of his way to meet me during my busiest time of the year to help explain everything. He made the whole experience really enjoyable. He explained the differences in shingles, barriers, and services that they offer. They were in and out within 3 days. Top of the line service at a reasonable price. If you need a roof done definitely call asap, they do free estimates as well. Thank you guys for the great job !!!

They repaired my leaking patio roof and replaced the decking around my chimney. Did a great job, looks good and no more leaks. Will use them again when we replace the roofing over the house.

Improperly installed a new roof on our house, supposed 15 year warranty, had to be called back out to do patches three times. The last time she called, the owner told my mom the warranty was only 5 years, cussed her like a dog, and said he wouldn't be applying any more patches. Roof still leaks! And now we've been told the flat roof was incorrectly installed and had been tried to cover up. Don't do business with these fools!

Freeman Roofing performed unauthorized work on my property. The Escambia County Contractor Competency Board found James Freeman guilty on two counts, including misconduct in the practice of contracting. He was found in violation of Part I of Chapter 489, Florida Statutes and Article II of Chapter 18 of the Escambia County Code of Ordinances governing registered contractors in Escambia County. He was ordered to pay fines that totaled $1,600.00. See the link below.

Awful, save your money and go with another company. Nothing but problems with my roof since I hired these smooth talkers. A year later, and STILL having issues with leaking. Also, the gutters they installed have already needed repairing no more than 6 months after having them replaced.
