We recently needed to replace the roof on our two-story house after the big winter storms. We got seven bids and decided to hire Jim Freeman Roofing. Jim was one of the first to reply, he gave us a very detailed estimate, and he ended up being the lowest bid for similar materials, so it seemed like a no-brainer. Jim was always easy to talk with and prompt with responses to any questions. When we expressed concerns about potential additional damage from upcoming storms before the roof replacement could be scheduled, he came out to our home and installed temporary waterproofing over our areas of missing shingles at no extra charge. He ordered shingles right away and scheduled our job as soon as dry weather permitted. He and his workers did excellent work, always showed up on time, and cleaned up after themselves regularly. We knew going in that we would be paying extra for any dry-rot repairs needed as the job progressed, but his prices for that were very reasonable and we only ended up paying an extra few hundred dollars for several small areas that needed work. We would highly recommend Jim for any roofing needs!

I can't image a more professional, timely and personable roofer. His price was more than reasonable and he took extra steps to make sure the roof, gutters and downspouts were in perfect working order. And the bonus was, Jim is such a very pleasant person with which to work. I would never consider using any one else for home repairs/roofing; he is the best !!!

Working with Jim Freeman has been an extremely positive experience. Jim was punctual for every meeting, estimate, and job. His team showed up on time every morning and worked until just before sunset to tear off the old roofing and apply the new insulation and new roof. They removed the dry rot areas and did some construction to shore up the atrium. We performed a final walkthrough and everything was cleaned up. There were no cost overruns. The entire job was done according to the original budget.

Our roof took a hit during this big windstorm. We have only owned the house for roughly 22 months. The roof should have lasted about 8 more years according to our purchase paperwork. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case. We had a few roof repair companies come out and give us their pitch but we called Jim at the suggestion of a friend. HE came out and gave us a no bull quote and we agreed to contract with his company. He has very fair pricing and quick work. There were some additional repairs that needed to be done during our roof replacement and he was very upfront about the cost and showed all receipts for materials he had to purchase. There was a small issue with the gutters that he contracted to be done and he came out and promptly fixed the issue. He is an honest and fair man and his company is as well. His workmanship and expectation for quality from his guys is exemplary. Please check him out if you're in the search for a roofer!!

My girlfriend's house is a half plex. She has been having major leak problems for the last year or so. Unfortunately, she has one of those flat white roofs with no slope to it. We contacted several roofers for bids and we felt that Jim provided us the best quote and my girlfriend felt the most comfortable with.

Jim was punctual and got to work right away. He completed the job in the time amount given. He left the area clean. Jim also added a slight slope to the roof to help keep the water from pooling.

A few months later, we developed a leak. This was not the cause of the new roof that Jim installed, but instead it was coming over from the other half of the roof. Jim came back a few times and was able to stop the leak. We now have a dry ceiling. Thank you Jim.

Jim was fast and honest. Our roof leak was from the builder Lennar. Jim Identified the problem and was on the job quickly. He took great care of our roof including pictures of all of his work and his prices were affordable. He was kind sweet and efficient. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

My husband got Jim's name from our handyman, Sam Russo. We had many problems at our old house getting a roofer out and even had that problem here - until we heard about Jim Freeman Roofing. My husband gave him a call and he was over to see our garage roofs within a few days, with a price! We had a budget price in mind and Jim came in a few thousand dollars less, plus my husband got a good feeling from Jim and decided not to get other prices (these reviews helped as well).
