Raul was professional and easy to work with. Our roof is older, and we had some small leaks/loose shingles. He gave me the option of doing roof maintenance, which is a fraction of the cost of a new roof, so that we can get a few more years out of it. After a couple of months, there was another leak. Did not drip in the same area that he fixed but there was no leak before at this area :( So anyways we called him again, hoping that it would still be covered under the warranty of his first job or at least a reduced price. But he told us another $700 bucks. So we went with someone else :(

Response - Hi Raul, we're not trying to put your business down, I only took 1 star out from my original 5 stars :) As clients, we're just stating our experience that during the major rain there was no drip in that area until you went up there. All we wanted was for you to come & take a look and if indeed it's one that had nothing to do with your 1st job, I'm sure it's something that could have been discussed. In any case, it was a pleasure working with you the first time & wish you well in your business.

Sebastian came out to give an estimate for a roof leak. Just 10 min later he had found the cause, and FIXED it for FREE.
He also went on to explain that although there was damage from the leak at least the leak was stopped for now and the damage could be fixed later when it was affordable for me.
I had gotten a previous estimate from another roofing company, S and L Roofing, a few days before. THAT company sent a man named Leo who obviously did not recognize the cause of the leak like Sebastian did, or worse, saw the cause and did not tell me that it was a simple fix. HIS estimate was $2500.00
What in the hell???
