Came out to do an estimate... then never got back to me with it. After repeated calls, he's MIA.

Poor customer service, would not recommend. If he was not interested in job, he should just say so vs leaving you hanging.

There was damage done during the installation. I left message after message with no response. I later was told there was a death in the family, but at this point, after what I've been put through, I dont believe it. I had to hire someone to fix the damage, was charged $500. This person only agreed to pay for $200, after making me wait with no response to numerous calls and emails. It took me days to gather information to complain to the contractor's board. My time was obviously worth nothing to him. Never again!!!

Awesome service!!! I had to get a hold of a roofer on a Saturday. I called at least 15 people with bad customer service or vague phone messages that did not even tell me hours of operation. BUT... when I called Fred, he answered inmediately. We were able to discuss my specific roofing issue and he talked to me about options. He even offered cheaper routes verses pressuring me into buying more than what I really needed. He was able to come out the same day to review my problem and give me estimates. He came back within three days to get the job done. I was super happy with the encounter and so glad I got to work with Fred. I will definitely use him in the future!!!

Fred and his crew came out on short notice and took care of some much needed repairs. Very economical and his guys did a great job. Hopefully I won't need them again, but if I do, I'll call Fred. Thanks again
