Unfortunately, nothing worked as they said or as it should have. They claim to be the best in the business but at every turn, there was an issue. I was calm and asked to speak with someone about my experience and a production manager name Steve called. He apologized but that was about it. No explanation as to why everything was so bad and the owners obviously didn't care enough to call. The end product looks fine but I can get that anywhere. This was a major investment of over $20,000 and I expect great customer service, in fact I'd pay more if this were provided. My suggestion, read the reviews and look around, there are better companies out there.

The company was very responsive to my request for info and was prompt with their scheduled inspection of my roof. The process was easy and and the install crew tarped everything on the ground including our pool to protect it during removal of the old shingles. Once everything was complete they did a great job with the clean up and you can barely tell they were ever they.

I was very unhappy with Frazier Roofs & Gutters.

Their ""salesman"" Neal came out and wouldn't give me a bid on a new roof. He would only work off of an insurance payment and expected me to bring my deductible out of pocket. All I wanted was a competitive bid.

I'm very unhappy with them. They were on the Good Contractors List and that reflects poorly on them as well.

I want to pass on a rarity in a field that very seldom brings a ""good"" feeling that someone really cares about the job or solving an issue - small or large. Mike Serenil with Frazier Roofs & Gutters came out after a heavier than usual rain fall. We had a medium roof leak that I knew could have come from several places. After looking our roof over, he immediately realized the previous roofers had not completely 'finished' the roof repair. He suggested it might be to our advantage to get in touch with previous repair crew or if not, he would come back. We tossed up the possibilities and we decided to call Mike back on a weekend before another storm. The necessary repair was done in a short amount of time and to my relief, a job was well done. I promise you, this ""gentleman"" is a man of his honor/word.

I remain totally impressed with all the members of Frazier Roofing. Every step of the process is explained before the work started. Communication with the office is always courteous and efficient. The consultant and the work crews are equally professional, courteous and efficient. Frazier Roofing is Outstanding from start to finish!
And left a cleaner area then when they arrived. always a blessing to be around the owner Rich and company. If ever in need you would be foolish to go with anyone else.

I've used these guys a couple of times over the past few years. They did some roof work for me and also installed whole house gutters. My experience with them has been very good. They were responsive, on time and did great work for me. I'm especially pleased with the gutter work. Very professional and makes my house look even better. If I have any other relevant work I will not hesitate to call Frazier's first. I have recommended them to family and friends.

As far as I know, the workmanship on our newly installed gutters is fine. 3 stars is for the communication, or lack thereof, that we experienced with Frazier. After accepting the quote for new gutters from Steve, Debbie emailed and said we'd have to wait 3 or 4 weeks to get the job done. After more than a month, I reached out to Debbie to see if we were getting close to being scheduled. I heard back from Steve a couple of days later and we were scheduled for the following week. On the day of the job, I called the company around noon to see if they were still coming that day because I hadn't heard from anyone. I was put on hold and then told, yes, they'll be there later once they finish another job. The guy showed up - rang the bell and told us they were going to get started. About 7 hours later they finished and just packed up and left. They didn't ring the bell and say they were done or offer to walk us around the house and show us what they did - nothing. It was strange. Absolutely no follow-up or communication. 2 days later we were emailed an invoice. Again, no, thanks for your business, or how did we do, or do you like it or anything. I feel like I get more communication and follow up from the guy who cuts our grass for $20 bucks a week. It was an odd experience to me and that's solely why I wouldn't recommend them to others or use them again.

We have known the Fraziers for 20 years and this is our third roof with them. We had them over on Wednesday after the storm and the roof was completed by the next Thursday. They did a great job and left the area clean and safe.

These guys are great. Top notch! They did a small gutter repair and were very professional. Contacted me several times during the process to keep me informed. Did what they said and convinced me that whenever I have any work to be done on my roof they are the guys I will call!
