Travis came out to personally evaluate the leak. It was not from the floor, it was my AC. Thankful that he took the time to find out what was actually causing the leak.
I would definitely use them in the future for my roof as long as Richard is not doing the repairs.

Ryan Todack was so polite and professional. He inspected my roof after some bad storms and found a few loose shingles that he sealed back down for me and minor hail damage but nothing severe enough to require a new roof yet. I really value and appreciate his honesty because he could've said it needed a new roof just to make a sale. He even checked my chimney for bird's nests. So refreshing to meet a genuine honest person. I will definitely use Ryan when it's time for a new roof and recommend him to neighbors and friends here in Dawson county!

I'm pleased with the reputation of the company. I had put out a request for someone to patch a small hole in the roof. The response I got from their salesman was that no job was too big or too small. However, when he got there, the salesman said they have around a minimum of $450 for a job. He gave me a big quote that included fixing many things. It was just not what I wanted, but that's not the company's fault. They have a good reputation, and judging by the quote, they do things with high standards. When it's time to get a whole new roof, I'll contact them again.

I cannot say enough great things about Fraser Roofing! They are what every business should be - excellent service, great price and do WAY more than is expected.

Their crew is fast, efficient and cleans up very well after themselves

On our most recent roof they added extras to bring the roof up to code, without knowing if the insurance company would cover the expense. As their project manager said - it was more important to do the job right.

During a break from working on my roof, several of the guys went to blow leaves off the roof of my elderly neighbor, just because it needed doing.

I would use Fraser Roofing again and recommend them to anyone who asks.

My experience with Fraser Roofing was not what I expected. I had the opportunity to work with two other roofing companies and decided to go with this one. They sent a crew to put my roof on recently, and by the time I got home, I was shocked to see shingles on top of the garage and chimney sloppily placed and visibly taking away from the look of the house. The contractor who should have supervised the crew was not present that day, and sent a substitute. He was nice, however allowed the crew to leave without fully inspecting the job they did. They left my house dirty, and repositioned some of my security cameras. There are at least two security cameras that were repositioned by the roofing crew. After expressing concern, some members of the crew came and hammered down the shingles on the chimney and top of garage, and eventually other issues have been resolved, however it took up to a month for them to be resolved. Regarding leaving my house dirty, the contractor explained that we should let it rain a couple of times to see if the dirt goes away; if not, Fraser will come and pressure wash the house.

I did have to report the flashing and caulk that was placed above the garage--looks bad and needs attention. My husband and I just noticed a huge crack in the driveway cement. We are pretty sure this was caused by the heavy duty truck that was sent for the crew to put trash and debris in. When it was picked up, the driver also drove through our grass and you can still see the tire marks. I am amazed that Fraser has all of these five star ratings, given what has happened with our property in Lilburn. Maybe we were an anomaly??

I had a roof shingle that came off and I called and they came out and repaired my roof within 24 hours, which was a big relief with rain coming. They were so nice and professional and gave very good advise about future issues that I would probably be having. I will definitely be calling again and would highly recommend Fraser.
