I had to replace my roof, due to an insurance inspection which threatened loss of coverage. My roof was the old 3-tab style and was original on the house.

I contacted three companies to get a quote and found that Franza had the best pricing, located closest to me, and were already doing work in my neighborhood. This gave me reassurance, as they'd be likely to have no issues with the HOA guidelines and they'd be close by if I ever needed future services or repairs.

They also had good reviews online from what I found when I was shopping around.

They did the work quickly, took about two days, and they typically do the work in one, I guess. Once they finished, I got the bill just as quoted, and the photos I needed to get my home coverage extended.
