I was a little worried after reading a few bad reviews but I signed the contract. The price was fair. I was surprised how quick my roof was torn off and how clean my property was when they were done. For a couple of days materials were dropped off and then the next thing I knew my roof was complete. I had a small issue which once I sent them a couple of pictures it was corrected. After I got my final inspection they sent my invoice which I was able to pay online. I had a pleasant transaction and I would hire them again.

Company, (the only one! of 9 quoted) required a Driveway Damage Release Form signed by the home owner to..."" release Frank's Roofing & Spraying, it's affiliated, employers, agents and suppliers from ANY liability for damages to any improvements on or at the property, including without limitation, driveways, sidewalks, curbs, walkways, lawn sprinkler systems, drain fields, shrubbery, lawns or flower beds. This release shall bind all parties who are in any way responsible for the condition of the property or constructions activities there on, including without limitation, any owner, occupant or tenant of the property.""
In other words you are signing a Blank Authorization to destroy any and all infrastructure on your property including your house. They may smash windows, kick in doors, run trucks into your garage door, drive on your septic field , drop bundles or shingles through you pool screen roof, bring a semi trailer with 10 loads of shingles (to be still delivered elsewhere) on your driveway...destroying it in the process etc etc etc.
Speaking with the owner CHARLES about this issue prompted that in case their release form is not signed, the entire new roofing job has to be paid up front.
Hahaha....they have to look elsewhere for galluble victims to agree to such outrageous terms.
Obviously, it appears that they have had a lot of careless workers, suppliers, incidents that inflicted substantial damages to properties in the process of doing roofing / spraying jobs. Furthermore, it begs the question, whether their liability insurance premiums went up substantially or cancelled all together so Frank's Roofing may not carry any liability coverage other than perhaps workmen's comp.
BUYER BEWARE.

I have nothing but great things to say about this company. All the way from the estimator to the crew to the office people. This company was the only company recommended by my insurance agency. They have been in business for many decades and are rated A+ on the Better Business Bureau. I know and trust that they are going to be there for me in the future if there are any problems.

This company had a signed contract with us prior to Irma. Once they had a lot of work they cancelled the contract. All the people I spoke with were rude and did not want to resolve the issue. Owner hid away behind his incapable staff. I though very hard about seeing them or reporting them to the state for gouging prices post Irma.

We have contacted this rip off company multiple times since they did our roof in May of 2017. As of September 2017, there have been 2 company representatives out to look at my complaints of shotty workmanship and rotted wood that was not replaced. They both assured me they would have the owner himself come out or contact me directly because this, in their words, ""is unacceptable"". Well not surprisingly, we still have not been contacted. The ignorant receptionist/office manager Toni, has hung up on us when we've called and she refused to honor the wind mitigation that was written into our signed contract. If it wasn't for Hurricane Irma we would never have known about the rotted wood. They STAPLED,not nailed, the fascia back up and it blew away in the storm along with some of the soffit pieces. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND CONTACT ANY OTHER ROOFING COMPANY!!!!!

Our condo association had Frank's Roofing redo our units roof after Hurricane Irma.
The first time they were on our roof to lay the felt they took down my American flag without my permission (even though I was home the entire time) and propped it on a small outside table where it was leaning low and touching the ground. On top of that, they dropped off their dumpster in my driveway without notifying me.

Several weeks later they come to lay the shingles and without bothering to notify me, they removed our satellite and left it sitting on a back bedroom awning; Dish cannot get anyone out here for a week.

Don't waste your time or money on these unprofessional and disrespectful bunch that obviously are devoid of leadership from above.

Their utter lack of professionalism, respect for our flag and common courtesy leaves much to be desired.

I have also found roofing nails on our community's streets while walking my dog and pick them up so others can avoid a flat tire.
