This company is a father/son team and they were excellent. My best description is to say that this company is where integrity and skill come together to deliver a great service and product. They went the extra mile to get us and our leaky older roof through these crazy rains until we can go forward with a new one and were innovative in their problem solving. Had a roof leak. Called several roofers. All were too busy or provided out-of-this-world pricing. Called Francisco based on recommendations from others. He came the next day and provided a reasonable estimate. He used a quality underlayment and his staff knew what they were doing. He threw in a roof refresh (replaced broken tiles, sealed vents, cleared gutters, etc.) at no extra charge. Best of all, no change orders!

Francisco did a wonderful job with our roof. We called him for a slipped tile, but he went above and beyond and prevented us from having to worry about any roof leaks or issues in the future! He went out and found our tile that same day and was ready to work the next day, you don't see that kind of service anymore these days! Initially, we were very happy with Francisco's quick response. He came out the same day, identified the issue and got it fixed. However, when the repair dried, it looked really bad with white stuff coming out from under the shingles. We contacted him and sent him photos showing the issues. He said he would come back and fix it. After 4 weeks and repeated no shows, we have accepted that he is great on the front end, but has lousy follow up once he gets paid.
