they managed to get me in the week after my quote and completed it the same week. hard professional workers and cleared up all the mess at the end. Would strongly recommend for any roofing job!

I should have read these reviews before hiring him. He quoted for three spots on roof, showed up for 2 hours for one and never returned. We went on vacation and called him when we returned and he said he finished the day before. We paid him. When we got suspicious we asked neighbors who said he never was there and then we checked all the Ring videos and he was never there. He will not return our calls. Scam artist galore, liar, talks a big story. He also has a delinquent state license and probably no insurance or bond. DO NOT USE PAUL FRANCIS.

This man was referred to me by his previous employer before he went on his own as a roofing contractor. I contacted the owner by phone and text and he took a day to get back to me. This should have been the first sign, but he came recommended, so I thought maybe he was very busy. When we finally spoke, he offered to come to my house the next day and look at the roof. That dat he looked at my roof and I explained there were time constraints due to an imminent move. He told me that he ""wasn't that busy"" and he could re-roof my house within the time I wanted it done. He promised me he'd call me the next day with answers to some of my questions. Two days went by and no response to my calls or texts. In the end I wasted a week thanks to him and he didn't even have the professionalism and common courtesy to text me to say he would not take the job. Don't waste your time like I did with him.

He is a slacker unreliable company. I called them multiple time and they never returned one call back. I end up hiring another company Eagle-eye (Jose) roofing they came the same day to check the leak and the next day he was here to fix it. The bottom line Francis roofing should either hire more people because it's not a company with one man show. Don't waste your time and look for another company

Phoned them 3 times to have my roof checked and repaired for a leak. They never returned my call. Stay away from contractors such as this.
