Matt from Frame restoration reached out to us and did the initial inspection and everything was fine all the way to the submitting the Insurance claim roof installation. After the roof was installed, there were serious damages to the flower bed and the area around the front. I have been trying to reach out to Matt and till this date, there is no response at all. The advise to any one who is using Frame Restoration would be, do not pay the entire amount until you are done with the inspection after the roof is installed. In case you find damages, then either deduct the money or have him first fix the damages and then pay out the whole amount. I may not recommend him to any one because of this reason.

I am very satisfied with my new roof. My roof color looks great and my shingles were upgraded to a 30 year shingle. I am very happy with the service I received. I worked with Chris Frame. He was very professional and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend working with him. He made the entire process so easy and my roof went up faster than I though! The work was complete in one day!
