FR Roofing completed the work on our single story home with the removal of existing asphalt/composition shingles on a Monday, and finished the job on Thursday with new Owens Corning shingles. Lesly, Joseph, and Daniel are a pleasure to work with. All permits were pulled and handled. Cost estimate was accurate and fair. Highly skilled craftsmen were used during all phases of construction. Constant, and consistent communication played a huge roll in the satisfaction of a job well done.

The customer service from start to finish was nothing less than amazing! Everyone I met during this process was super nice and helpful (especially Lesly and Daniel). They were very responsive! I called other companies for information and it would take them more than a day to get back to me. This reason alone made FR Roofing stand out to me. Not to mention, this was my first time having a roof replaced, so I had a lot of questions and they took time to walk me through the entire process. Lesley and Daniel explained everything thoroughly so that I understood the process step by step.

I work full time, so they made this process convenient for me by working around my schedule and providing constant updates, which made me feel comfortable during the times I couldn't be there. I received roofing quotes from other roofing companies and found RF Roofing pricing to be comparable or just under the pricing of their competitors. So in my opinion, the service and response time you get with RF Roofing puts them above the rest! My roof looks excellent, I've received so many compliments from my neighbors on my new roof! Had FR Roofing relay half my roof after a major leak in my daughters room. I would like to say they did an excellent job communicating through the whole project. Had one small incident, but the handled it immediately. To me, that is more important than anything else. Lesly sent pictures of what was going each day and even though the city is slow project went very smooth.

I called to make an appointment for an estimate and they scheduled us a week out. They said they would call me the day before to confirm however, they contacted me to reschedule. We once again adjusted our schedule to be available and the day they were suppose to come by no one ever called and/or showed up. We will not be contacting them again.
