This is the most unprofessional roofing company in all of butte county.. If you're looking to get over charged or have your roof completely butchered feel free to contact these guys for the worst job a home owner could ask for. Four season's roofing is by far one of the most terrible businesses in all of the county.

terrible. called & went to online to their website, never got back with us. a week & a half later (today) showed up at the house with no phone call or appointment. dude that showed up was super cocky & had the audacity to say ""we're only 8 days late""!! good thing he wasn't a doctor! one is the lowest star i can give. it's unfortunate i have to give them a star.

This roofer was hired by my contractor. They tore off my roof the end of October and it Is now November 13th and I still do not have a roof. The shingles were delivered on November 1st and have not seen them sense. My contractor has called them many times and they still have not responded and put my roof on. This time of year, if they were not going to be able to put my roof on within 2 or 3 days after taking my old roof off they should have left it on. They had plenty of good days over the last 2 weeks that they could have had my roof on.
We've had rain and forecast of more rain. They haven't even came to tarp it. I would NEVER recommend them to my worst enemy.

For anyone looking for a roofing company, I WOULD NOT suggest ""Four seasons roofing""... Had issues with their work, several problems including leaking. When I spoke to the owner, he screamed and yelled at me, as well as demeaned me with derogatory names, would not take responsibility for the work or even offer to come look/fix it... Again definitely would NOT recommend them to anyone!!

Do not do business with this company. They failed to meet repeated commitments and promises. I had a roof leak in my mountain home and stressed the critical nature of having it repaired before the winter snow made repairs impossible. They promised an appointment, didn't show. Promised again, didn't show. Promised again, ""couldn't make it because of the weather."" Now the snows have come in and I face potential water damage over the winter. The manager Ed said he would ""discuss it with his people and get back to me,"" which of course he never did. Totally unprofessional. Totally unreliable.

If I could give a zero I would. Called on 12/14/2015 to have someone come out and look/repair a small leak from Sunday's rainstorm. When talking to the individual that answered the phone they said they could have someone there between 7am and 8 am on 12/15/2015. On 12/15/15 at 8:20 am I called to see why no one had shown up yet. A different person who answered the phone said that she didn't think anyone was coming that they got a lot of calls yesterday afternoon. I asked why no one had called me yesterday to tell me the change in plans as I had arranged to be off work in the morning for their service call. She said she just got in and didn't know anything and would call me right back. I told her I had to take my daughter to school and to call my cell phone. An hour later I called back because I had not heard anything and was told no one was coming today. I voiced my displeasure and told them that I could have called any roofing company but had called them off of two of my friends referrals. I basically got an ""I don't care"" kind of attitude and she kind of snickered when I said cancel my appointment I will call someone else. Lousy customer service.

I found the Book keeper wanted to argue rather then listen. They sent me a supplemental bill 3x the value of the work. I asked to review this additional amount and paid the balance other then that amount. Four seasons took 10 months to respond. When they did respond it was with 4 additional charges. All late charges. I called and talked to the book keeper disputing the charges. At that time I informed her the roof was still not complete. Four seasons sent a person out and replaced 5 more damaged shingles. ( Damaged during Install ). I asked the book keeper to send a corrected Invoice. It took her 4 months to send that invoice. It was not corrected. It actually had 2 more late charges. Again I called and asked her to review it and correct it. She sent an adjusted Invoice with 1 of the 7 late fees removed. So I called the day I received the adjusted invoice and asked that it be sent for the amount without late fees. She agreed and send the exact same invoice as the previous one. She claims she sends out statements every month. If that is the case then where did they go?, because they sure didnt come to me. Maybe the Invoice fairy is stealing them???? Its my belief she is failing at her job duties, and expecting me to pay for it.
