Spoke to a woman about the possibility of next day service for shingle replacement. The questions I wanted answered when I spoke to the woman on the phone were simple;
- How long would the work take?
- What would the general cost be?
- And if they could come the following day?

She gave me a breakdown of the hourly fee and the travel charge. But that's not fully what I asked...yes, the work is billed at $100/hr...but how many hours will it take to replace shingles? 1? 2? 5? This is pretty important information.

Also, I was never actually told if or when someone was coming to do the work. Even the cable company provides a time frame for when they will show up!!!

So of course I was surprised when a crew of roofers just showed up to my house at 9am the next day with no notice! I called the office thinking perhaps I could easily get the information I asked for before I agreed to let them start the work.

NOPE. The woman transferred me to the owner and the interaction that resulted was the most defensive and aggressive I have ever had. He immediately started dismissing me as if I was questioning his integrity when I only wanted simple answers. He was incredibly condescending and argumentative and had ZERO intention of listening to what I was trying to say.

The ACTUAL roofers however are great! They were friendly, diligent and worked efficiently on my roof repair.

Only out of urgency and need did I agree to the work.... but I do NOT recommend this company. I had two no-shows by other companies but I'd still give them another chance over ever using this company again due to the way I was treated.

When I finally got the invoice it wasn't itemized by service/fees provided. I had to request a new copy with the actual charges listed.

Also, its cash or check only...how antiquated is that? It's 2024 ya'll. How does a company that provides generally high cost services not accept credit cards as payment?

I hope they take cashier's checks because I haven't used actual checks in years.

Four Seasons did repair of some rot on a section of our roof. They were professional and responsive throughout the entire process. They were able to come to our house sooner than they anticipated to take a look at the job, turned around a quote in short order and once signed, we had two roofers at our house within a couple days. The work was impeccable, the roofers did the job efficiently, left no mess, and the work was seamless. Everyone we worked with at Four Seasons throughout the process was super helpful and polite. Would use them again without question!

I have used Four Seasons roofing for my homes and rentals for over 30 years. Terry Taylor and his team have always taken good care of us with quick professional expertise in from roof repair to complete reroofing to rain gutter repair and more......I highly recommend Four Seasons Roofing....

This is the most unprofessional roofing company in all of butte county.. If you're looking to get over charged or have your roof completely butchered feel free to contact these guys for the worst job a home owner could ask for. Four season's roofing is by far one of the most terrible businesses in all of the county.

terrible. called & went to online to their website, never got back with us. a week & a half later (today) showed up at the house with no phone call or appointment. dude that showed up was super cocky & had the audacity to say ""we're only 8 days late""!! good thing he wasn't a doctor! one is the lowest star i can give. it's unfortunate i have to give them a star.

This roofer was hired by my contractor. They tore off my roof the end of October and it Is now November 13th and I still do not have a roof. The shingles were delivered on November 1st and have not seen them sense. My contractor has called them many times and they still have not responded and put my roof on. This time of year, if they were not going to be able to put my roof on within 2 or 3 days after taking my old roof off they should have left it on. They had plenty of good days over the last 2 weeks that they could have had my roof on.
We've had rain and forecast of more rain. They haven't even came to tarp it. I would NEVER recommend them to my worst enemy.

For anyone looking for a roofing company, I WOULD NOT suggest ""Four seasons roofing""... Had issues with their work, several problems including leaking. When I spoke to the owner, he screamed and yelled at me, as well as demeaned me with derogatory names, would not take responsibility for the work or even offer to come look/fix it... Again definitely would NOT recommend them to anyone!!

Heard some good things about them, from a relative of mines. Figured I'd give them a call to and have their service to help fix our roof.. Like them. Would recommend.

Do not do business with this company. They failed to meet repeated commitments and promises. I had a roof leak in my mountain home and stressed the critical nature of having it repaired before the winter snow made repairs impossible. They promised an appointment, didn't show. Promised again, didn't show. Promised again, ""couldn't make it because of the weather."" Now the snows have come in and I face potential water damage over the winter. The manager Ed said he would ""discuss it with his people and get back to me,"" which of course he never did. Totally unprofessional. Totally unreliable.

If I could give a zero I would. Called on 12/14/2015 to have someone come out and look/repair a small leak from Sunday's rainstorm. When talking to the individual that answered the phone they said they could have someone there between 7am and 8 am on 12/15/2015. On 12/15/15 at 8:20 am I called to see why no one had shown up yet. A different person who answered the phone said that she didn't think anyone was coming that they got a lot of calls yesterday afternoon. I asked why no one had called me yesterday to tell me the change in plans as I had arranged to be off work in the morning for their service call. She said she just got in and didn't know anything and would call me right back. I told her I had to take my daughter to school and to call my cell phone. An hour later I called back because I had not heard anything and was told no one was coming today. I voiced my displeasure and told them that I could have called any roofing company but had called them off of two of my friends referrals. I basically got an ""I don't care"" kind of attitude and she kind of snickered when I said cancel my appointment I will call someone else. Lousy customer service.
