Four Seasons Roofing

As a the GC on a job in SM I hired Four Seasons. First surprise came when their contract stipulated excessive payments in advance, an inappropriate thing for anyone, especially a contractor. We resolved that, but beware. They also drove oversize nails through the roof insulation into the T&G ceiling in owners bedroom. After hours of contacting Nelson & Thomas the partners, they finally sent someone and cut off the exposed nails, but never repaired the damage to the ceiling. Unfortunately, they were paid off so it still remains an unresolved issue.

These guys CONSTANTLY put up their illegal signs on the telephone poles all around our senic mountain town of Topanga. They have covered the whole town with their ads (which never have their company name listed, just their phone number).

I wish they would be like a legitimate company, and place their ads in the local newspaper, etc.

But instead, they've wall-papered our town with their lame ads. I sure wish they would stop it.

I WOULD NEVER EVER hire these guys.

PS: Did you notice that the 2 positive reviews ... are from people who don't even live in California? They live in Arizona and Illinois.

This is a great company! They did a beautiful job on our spanish roof. They are professional and skilled, and they really care about the quality of their work. Nelson is great. He has a lot of experience on different types of roofs and holds his crew to high standards. They clean the work area at the end of every day (who else does that?). They also give long-term warranty for their work.

For once, we found a roofing company that uses their powers for good, not evil. To put a roof over my head, as my father always said, is an honorable thing, and Four Seasons does it ALL YEAR 'round. Honor? Yes! They're on time! They're reliable! They guarantee their prices. They're nice! We had to have our flat roof repitched so the water flows down instead of pooling, and we can no longer swim in our roof puddle, which is, I guess, supposed to be nice. Sit back, chillax, and watch yo house not drop on your head this year. Also the owner is cool.
