Four Seasons Roofing helped us with our metal commercial building. Al and Joe were great. Four Seasons sent pictures of work needed to be done and then followed up with pictures of work completed. All done remotely! Thank you, Four Seasons Roofing!

My roof started leaking and my condo HOA contacted Four season roofing to come and check out the issue. They sent someone very quickly to patch up the leak. Other places started to leak as well and each time I called they were very responsive and sent someone immediately. The staff is polite and professional. I have been very pleased so far.

My HOA hired this company to redo parts of the roofing for our building. The workers were extremely careless while working. They were throwing pieces of the old roofing, dropping heavy stuff as if they were on the ground. It shook our fan/celling lights and pieces of paint were falling off. I'm super upset about how rude they were and wish I could give negative stars on Yelp. DO NOT recommended this company.

My HOA uses this company and I had a roof leak a few years ago that was supposed to be addressed when they were doing our whole complex. I never followed up because it's a rental and my tenants never mentioned anything. Now the tenants moved out I am seeing the leak may have never been addressed. I called them to come out to take a look but I received no follow up if they even came out to look at the roof, and no communication if there is or is not a leak. I can't get a hold of anyone on the phone and their mailbox does not receive messages.

Al and his crew are awesome. They installed my roof in 2015. The workmanship was top notch and it has been trouble free ever since.
Yesterday I noticed a small leak from the corner of the gutter. Emailed Al and his crew was at my home the next morning and told care of the leak under warranty. First class business and highly recommended.

After cleaning the gutters in the complex they left the drive ways with the stuff from the gutter I would think they would clean up the mess they made with all that came outside the gutter onto the drive way but they just left it there. Very UNPROFESSIONAL! Do better !

I wish I could give them negative stars. Unfortunately, I had pretty bad experience multiple times and suffered a lot of property damage, the way these guys work. My HOA has contract with them and these guys are not capable of fixing even the basic things.
Every time they charge HOA and nothing happens afterwards. I wish HOAs can look into feedback to change the contract to avoid suffering.

My roof was found leaking in the bad storm in Jan. this year, and HOA hired this company to repair it. During over 2-month period, they came three times but still failed to fix the problem. Looks like they don't have a systematic way to diagnose the problem, other than visual check.

Every time after my HOA filed a repair request to them, it took them many days to call me to schedule it. On the third time, the owner said he would come to diagnose it first. I bet on that and got the hope. But he didn't come, and instead sent same incapable guys again. And apparently they couldn't solve the problem.

I don't pay extra money every time for their visit, they get paid through HOA fees that we pay every month. Practically, they don't have to fix the problem, they can come, try and fail every time as long as HOA files a request and get the money. A lot of things inside house were damaged directly or indirectly because of leak and their incapability, nobody else but me has to take the cost. But unfortunately I can't change them, since they are the HOA designated roof company.

I don't know how long has it been in this business, and how would it survive without partnership with HOA's. Given the bad reviews on this site and completely no address or rebuttal or feedback from them, looks like they don't even care about customers' review at all. They will keep in business as long as they maintain ""good"" relationships with HOA management companies.

If you have a choice, stay away from this company!

our HOA had a proposal from April. They only started the job and have yet to return any calls and finish the job. it is now June 18th.

Proposal was from April 5th.

2 months and they are now MIA!

Roof had leaking, asked HOA for a solution and HOA found this contractor. They came, did not fix it and promised to come again later. Then the leaking mysteriously started getting so much worse after they left. Asked HOA to call again, no news; so I called them myslef. Suprisingly they said they did not want to talk to owners. Totally confused. Interestinly enough, they are our HOA's designated vendor, so could not change them...
