I gave them one star, just because I couldn't give 0.

My roof was found leaking in the bad storm in Jan. this year, and HOA hired this company to repair it. During over 2-month period, they came three times but still failed to fix the problem. Looks like they don't have a systematic way to diagnose the problem, other than visual check.

Every time after my HOA filed a repair request to them, it took them many days to call me to schedule it. On the third time, the owner said he would come to diagnose it first. I bet on that and got the hope. But he didn't come, and instead sent same incapable guys again. And apparently they couldn't solve the problem.

I don't pay extra money every time for their visit, they get paid through HOA fees that we pay every month. Practically, they don't have to fix the problem, they can come, try and fail every time as long as HOA files a request and get the money. A lot of things inside house were damaged directly or indirectly because of leak and their incapability, nobody else but me has to take the cost. But unfortunately I can't change them, since they are the HOA designated roof company.

I don't know how long has it been in this business, and how would it survive without partnership with HOA's. Given the bad reviews on this site and completely no address or rebuttal or feedback from them, looks like they don't even care about customers' review at all. They will keep in business as long as they maintain ""good"" relationships with HOA management companies.

If you have a choice, stay away from this company!

our HOA had a proposal from April. They only started the job and have yet to return any calls and finish the job. it is now June 18th.

Proposal was from April 5th.

2 months and they are now MIA!

Roof had leaking, asked HOA for a solution and HOA found this contractor. They came, did not fix it and promised to come again later. Then the leaking mysteriously started getting so much worse after they left. Asked HOA to call again, no news; so I called them myslef. Suprisingly they said they did not want to talk to owners. Totally confused. Interestinly enough, they are our HOA's designated vendor, so could not change them...

One of the most basic rules for any service trade is: Clean up after yourself. Clean up your mess.

The employees of Four Seasons Roofing failed to do this after working on our building. They left that job for the residents to do.

Why does this matter? It matters because this is something that goes beyond good manners and showing consideration for others (remember ""The Golden Rule""?).

People who have no pride in one important albeit basic aspect of their work are likely not to take pride in other aspects. If they are sloppy about not cleaning up after themselves, one would not be surprised if they were sloppy about doing the job itself. If they don't even care about what their customers can see (the junk and debris sloughed off to the side of the building), how likely is it that they would care about what they do on the surface of the roof, which most people will never actually get to see?

Finally, I would direct this question to the workers and management at Four Seasons Roofing: How would YOU like it if someone came to YOUR home to do something and left a big mess behind for you to clean up?

Mom's roof had a leak and El Nino is here!. They came within 24 hours, they fixed the leak on a rainy day and all within one hour. Thank you!!

Worst company I've ever worked with. Have a townhome that's a rental and managed by a property manager. Had her call Four Seasons for a skylight replacement. Took a week and multiple calls to even hear back from them. Finally got a quote which we accepted. After that they never bothered to call, we had to call several times a week to get status. For 3 weeks the status remained the same ""We've called the vendor who supplies the skylight, no response on when he will have it in our warehouse, will let you know as soon as we know"". I started suspecting that my property manager was not being persistent enough and personally called twice - same answer. Then got pushed into signing a contract that obligates me to buy and install from them without any idea of when the work can get completed. Told them to go take a hike and called A-Z skylights who got the job done in 4 days at half the price.

They don't respect the customer or the customers time. Don't waste your time and money on them.

This roofing company is currently doing work in my condo complex. It took them several weeks to complete the work on our home. There were several days that I came home to my garbage cans being thrown into my bushes so they could access the roof. As a result, my bushes have been damaged. I asked them on several occasions to be respectful of our home. On numerous occasions during their lunch breaks they would blast mariachi music next to my newborns room. But to top everything they were careless with things dropping from the roof. They damaged glass lanterns from my wedding, nails and large wooden pieces were left all over my back patio. Further, they damage the hood of my car. When my insurance tried to contact them for the little $610 worth of damage they claim they are not liable and that there are signs posted all over the place. I am a stay at home mom. There were never signs posted near my garage as they claimed and the signs they post only say that there are men working on the roof and to be careful of dropping objects. I didn't think they would be so careless with people's property. I will never recommend this company.

Working with Four Seasons Roofing was a pleasure. They were very responsive, timely and professional. I couldn't have asked for a better contractor. They did both our roofing and gutters and downspouts. We had 19 buildings and 55 units in the project. They finished exactly on schedule and on budget. The foreman was extremely pleasant to work with and worked closely with homeowners in our association as was needed from time to time. They worked very closely with us along with the manufacturer at the inception of the project to design the most up-to-date venting system. We are extremely satisfied with their work and would highly recommend them.

Terrible experience. I called several times. The first time they promised to get back to me but never did. The third time, they put me on hold and forgot me. The fourth time, when I asked who I was speaking to, the guy became angry and hung up. Rude and Crude!

Great experience. HOA called 4Seasons out for my townhouse roof. I called at 8am and 4Seasons arrived within 2 hours to investigate. They were very professional, quick to replace a few roof tiles and investigate. Roof wasn't the cause of the leak but was happy with the service.
