I had a fantastic experience with Fortress Roofing. I had a new tile roof installed on a two story home. They were professional and cleaned up after themselves. I also had a hard to diagnose leak which ended up being under the stucco where the roof meets the wall. They were diligent about finding and repairing that. It was a great experience and I love the look of the new roof!

FORTRESS ROOFING installed an entirely brand new roof on a house less than year ago. My clients bought it and there is a leak after the heavy rains last night. When we called them and they will not do anything about it because the ""don't transfer warranties"". Interpretation, ""we just got out of doing the right thing'. Most good roofers warrant their work regardless of ownership. STAY AWAY. They have no ethics.

I had a leak in our roof in October of 2015. Fortress came out and looked at it and completed the repair and I paid $150 extra for a roof tune up to ensure no other issues. The next heavy rainstorm did not occur until January 2016 and the roof started leaking in the same spot. I called up fortress and they said they would have someone contact me soon to come look at the roof. In march I had still not heard from them so I called back and they said the same promise that someone would contact me soon. I have still not heard from them and have tried calling and emailing and get no response at all. I would obviously not recommend them as their repair obviously didn't work and they have no interest in fixing their mistakes.
