Debbie R.We contacted them for an estimate for chimney repairs. They did have someone come the same day to look at what we needed. The gentleman did say it may take up to a week to get back to us with an estimate. 10 days later we had not heard from them so my husband contacted him & he admitted that he had completely forgot about our estimate, apologized & said he would have an estimate to us that afternoon. That didn't happen & several days later we still had not heard back from him. I emailed a letter to the company explaining the situation & did not get a response to that either. We took our business elsewhere. If they didn't want to do the job, they should have been professional; not to mention courteous enough to let us know.
Kelly Z.Kyle and crew have taken super good care of me over the course of many years and a couple of roof replacements from hail storms. These guys go above and beyond just ripping off shingles and putting on a new layer. He found a guy to help me out with painting some trim and work on the windows and mailbox. Most recently, he was quick to get on the job and work with my insurance claim. I was out of town while the work was completed and received numerous updates without ever having to worry if it was being completed to high specs. I cannot say enough great things about them. Let them prove how great they are and give them an opportunity.

David R.Excellent service after the sale! Forster Construction roofed our house approximately 2 - 3 years ago and we developed a leak on a part of our roof that has been problematic before. I called their representative Mr. Robert Beams who handled the original sale on our roof. He had someone out the very next day and repairs will be handled in a timely manner. There is no substitute for timely and efficient service! I highly recommend this company if you need a new roof.
