DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS ONE!!!!!!!!!!!

We hired them for new siding on the add on room, gables, 4 custom windows and to replace rotten wood and paint the outside of the house. Showed up to start the work 5 weeks after the contract was signed after they said apx 3 weeks, with no communication by the way, that it was going to take longer.

Then they started out by caulking and painting OVER the rotten wood, stating they were still going to replace it, but this is the way that they do it. Not sure why you would waste the time of the painter and expense of the paint if you are going to cut it out and replace. ALL the other construction people I have spoken to about this issue, are in total agreement, that you replace rotten wood first then proceed with the caulking and painting. Richard Willis, has the nerve to be upset with use because we are pointing this out! REALLY?!?! I'm thinking he's upset because he got busted trying to hide his SHOTTY work! And I'm very sure that he will not refund any portion of our upfront money.

They finished the project 3 months after the contract was signed BUT not without much aggravation on our part, as well as us constantly point out the obvious that should be done. They installed 3 of the 4 windows ... holding the last one hostage until the rest of the work was completed, only to install the WRONG SIZE window. We assume that is was close enough in size that no one would notice ... well not until it was set in the window! They thought this was ok. Well it was NOT!! Their caulking skills leave a lot to be desired as well, globs of caulk along with dirt mixed in ... REALLY!?! Then it took another 5 weeks to get the right size window.

They lied to our designer about our dog biting one of their workers. Let me just say the dog did not like any of the workers, I trust his judgement 100%, but he didn't bite anyone! They lied her about asking me to put the dog up. They lied to her about me telling them to get off my property. AND THEY LIED to us about the work we hired them to do!

We should have stopped the process after the discovery of the rotten wood they were trying to hide, but since we'd given them a down payment, other contractors said it would take them 4-6 weeks to get our custom order windows ...

Here's a funny ... I blasted them on their Facebook page with pictures of the rotten wood they were trying to cover up, and they came back and took pictures of our home and posted back, however, NOT the same parts of the house I took pictures of!

Richard Willis, has hands down the WORST Customer Service ... AGAIN, DO NOT waste your time with this company!
