It's been a while since I had Ron do my roof, but it was a great experience, great work and good price. I see poor reviews, but they aren't for the work (and there are only a couple), more for not calling back. I wouldn't let that discourage me, Ron really was terrific.

We've used this small company twice, just now and a few years ago. The owner works with an assistant. What we like about him is he doesn't try to sell you a new roof. If you just want tile repairs, they'll do it. We've been very happy with him.

I think this roofer just blew me off. He was supposed to call back with a time for this week to come by. To be fair, I will chase him down and change this review if I'm wrong but this is not a good omen.

Our experiences with Foothill Roofing have been great so we are a little surprised to see a lack of good reviews. Maybe people are just more inclined to take the time with bad experiences than good. We've had a couple small roof leaks with all the rain this past winter so of course, a really busy time for a roofing company. He puts us on the list and does not forget us when it's our turn, even though ours have been small repairs. He even happened to be driving by our home a few months after the first repair and stopped to ask us how everything was holding up. We recommend this company and will continue to use them. Although we hope we don't need to. ;)

Foothill Roofing has been our roofing company for decades. The right price, professional work finished on time. I don't think they need my five star review because everyone in our community is aware they are the lucky ones to have Foothill Roofing complete the job they need done.

We set up an appointment for an estimate to repair loose tiles on our house. The appointment was set for 9am-10am. When asked if it was possible to come early to the appointment, we said no because no one would be home before 9. It was agreed the roofer wouldn't come before 9am and actually said he'd come right in the middle at 930am. When we verified our address, he said he was familiar with the house since he had just done work on our neighbor's roof across the street.

At 953am, we called to get an ETA on the roofer's arrival since it was almost 10am- the end of his scheduled arrival window. He answered the phone and said, ""I came to the house at 10 minutes to 9am, no one answered the door, so I left."" We reminded him we had specifically agreed he would NOT come before 9am because no one would be there. He said, ""Well, I talk to a lot of people so I forgot; and I'm going out of town so I wanted to just come early and get the appointment over with.""

Then he said he did look at the front of the house and saw a broken tile. He asked if that was what he was supposed to be looking at. We told him no, there were additional tiles that were loose and needed replacing.

Then he said, ""Well, I wouldn't be able to do the job anyway because your house is too high and I don't go on roofs anymore. I'm old."" He then said he had a younger guy on his crew that might be interested in doing the work as a side job if we wanted to call him.

We're still trying to figure out how a roofer can call himself a roofer and not go on roofs to make repairs because the house is too high.

I am a subcontractor that when they paid me for services rendered, my bank rejected
the check due to lack of funds.

When I contacted them, no one answered the phone, I had to leave a message.

It's been over a week and nothing has changed.

I do not recommend them, because any contractor not paid on a project has the right
to file a lien with the property owner.
