I can't say enough good things about this company. I see plenty of reviews about plants and shrubs dying but the first word of advice they gave us was to make sure to hose everything off to make sure the chemicals don't damage the plants, so the warning was given ahead of time. The team came over on a very rainy day and went out of their way to wait for the rain to clear so they could get the job done as they promised us the job would get done that day. My father just passed away about a week ago and we wanted the house to look nice for the celebration of life. Jerry and his team went out of their way to even clean my driveway and walkway (I had only scheduled a roof cleaning) which I am so grateful for. They do business the way it should be done, plain and simple.They took very good care of us and went above and beyond what they were supposed to do and I will undoubtedly be using Foambrite moving forward and recommending them to anyone who needs their type of services. Thanks so much Jerry and team, the house looks impeccable for our celebration of life today.

We just used FoamBrite for the first time to clean our roof and driveway. I was very impressed with them. They arrived on time and were very professional. They took the time to move patio furniture out of the way and made sure to rinse everything that made have gotten residue. Justin and Anthony were amazing. We will use them again in the future and recommend them to our neighbors and HOA

They cleaned my room but destroyed my orchids. If the had told me I would have covered them with a plastic. Very disappointed that they did not tell me this would happen or give me an opportunity to protect them

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !!! I used them 3 years ago and was fairly satisfied with the roof cleaning although I did have them come back for some touch ups. At that time, they did not use any harsh chemicals such as bleach. They advertised that their process was environmentally
safe to the house and grounds and plants. 2 weeks ago they came..without an appointment ....and I hesitantly agreed to let them do the roof. When I returned, the severe stench of bleach was
everywhere ! Several places on the roof were not cleaned. I called the company and said I would wait until the 1st of the month to see if the roof
appeared any cleaner. However, in no time, many of my plants were severely affected by the bleach. Now 2 weeks later, it is even worse.
I will dispute the charge and never allow this company on my property !

You need to be cautious with this company. Whatever they put on the roof works great for the roof tiles but unfortunately kills the grass and any shrubs that get dripped on. Anyway that happened with me - I spoke to the owner who came out to inspect my property and he told me that should never happen. He offered to have someone come out and fertilize my shrubs which I agreed to. After nobody showing up for 2 days and a follow up call to let them know, he offered to come out himself to apply the fertilizer. Now a week later still nothing. Lots of lip service

I made an appointment to have my roof cleaned and no one showed up at the time that was given to me. I was given another time and date and the same thing happened. This isn't good customer service and not professional. Never received a call or apology. Mr. Jerry this isn't acceptable.

I used Foambrite and initially I though it was a good company. Although they did reschedule twice. When they did show up the product smelled like straight bleach so protect your plants. One guy sprays the cleaner another stands with a hose to hose down everything this product touches as to not kill your plants or discolor your home. Well unfortunately they did not hose enough, they did discolor my gutters. They went from perfect bronze gutters to having drips stained all down them. This is across the whole front of my house. I contacted Jerry he did nothing, I contacted again and he told me to not call or text him again. That's nice customer support. He did show up and promise to try and clean or have my gutters repainted. Hmmmmm. That was weeks ago, haven't heard a word since. I guess ill have to pay for the re painting of my gutters myself. My advice would be to not use this company. I am very disappointed. I wouldn't want anyone else to end up in my shoes. Please use another company.

I was concerned about damage to my clay S-tile roof and opted to have the soft-wash process done. Not only did I see immediate results the work was done in less time than anticipated and the roof was immaculate. Technicians were there on time and the price was competitive no issues happy with results. Will definately use them again.

Had my roof cleaned by Foambrite approximately one month ago. When I contacted Foambrite, I expressed concern about my grass and plants. Needless to say, I was assured that there would be no damage.

The roof was cleaned and looks great, however, I have lost many, many plants and yards and yards of grass. Contacted the company and they promised to assist with the replacements. Called and sent pictures and sent more pictures. It appears that they have no intention of assisting. Looks like I need to register my complaints with the Better Business Bureau.

I recently used this company and yes my roof was cleaned at the expense of my expensive Topiary trees and lawn not to mention the awful smell we had around our home for more than 3 days !
Called to share - left message and did not receive a call back . One topiary was completely BURNT and my Landscaper removed it before I could take a picture. They did water down our property but based on the damages NOT enough
