Christian came and gave me a estimate and once I agreed they started a couple of days later. The workers were great and did a good job. The wrong color drip edge was installed and I let Christian know about it before the shingles were put on. He wanted me to pay a additional seven hundred dollars to replace the drip edge with the right color. I refused and he did have them come and correct the problem. The roof was replaced and looks great. Christian called to see if he could come by and pick up the payment which he did, and told me he would bring by my receipt and the paperwork for the roof so that I can send it to my insurance company and I could get my payment from them. long story short after several calls ,emails and texts I still have not received the promised paperwork. Payment has been made and he no longer wants to deal with you. Poor business practice

We have a building in Plant City where we paid for a roofing job but the roof continues to leak and all they do is patch it up and yet it still leaks. Chris nor Gray give quality customer service . A permit from the city was NOT obtained to do theThey don't keep their appointments or try to reschedule. If this isn't diagnosed and corrected ASAP for the 4th time, we will go to the news station, report you to the BBB, and file a suit for not fulfilling your obligations per the agreement.

After my home caught fire and damage was extremely bad to my roof dealing with insurance and roofers wasn't quite easy but luckily I found Florida state certified roofing and Chris and his staff made it made it seem like it wasn't actually that bad they knew exactly what to do and how to walk me thru it there were professional freindly and considerate I would highly! Recommend there business
