It pains me to write this review but I can not let a horrible experience with this company go unnoticed by those considering using them. First and foremost, I have been a highly responsible home owner for 38 years. I recently purchased a 1925 home in Saint Petersburg requiring all new windows ( 33) and 3 custom doors. I met John and Dominic back in March 2022 at the Tampa Home Show and was impressed with the answers they gave me about replacing my very old and dilapidated doors and windows. I placed the order for both in late March and gave them a 50% deposit for the doors. Months and months and months went by and insistent calling on my part to Dominic ( their door sales manager) and absolutely ZERO honest updates were given to me as to the status of my door order. The excuse was always the same... ""supply chain issues"". Ironically, I became highly suspicious of where and what had happened to my order after speaking to neighbor who had ordered custom doors from the SAME manufacturer and had received them within 90 days. So fast forward to September 2022- I get a call from John the owner stating my doors had come in but had a manufucturer problem and they'd have to send them back for repair, Another 4 weeks go by and as always, I'm doing all the follow-up and basically managing this project. John advises me the main custom door had arrived but it WAS COMPLETLY THE WRONG STYLE AND DOOR !! WTF ??
He advised me that his now ex employee, Dominic had totally placed the wrong SKU # or whatever was needed way back in March, but he had never bothered to do any kind of follow-up or quality control to assure my very expensive doors arrived as ordered. I was furious to say the least and demanded a full refund of my $9,100 deposit. I wont even tell you about the historical window order as I was advised by Dominic that John ( the owner) went to Home Depot to order them -- What ???? I could have done this myself. No window follow-up no nothing. This company DOES NOT have its act together on any level and god forbid you have an older home that needs custom work or special windows ordered. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR BUSINESS ! After much detailed research I found a very very reputable company that specializes in historical home window and door replacements- youre welcome to reach out if you would like their information. This was a HORRIBLE, STRESSFUL and UNACCEPTABLE experience - the worst of my home ownership years.

Glad I was able to find Florida Secure. Thank you for saving me money as well as providing me with great windows! My windows were causing my electric bill to be high and after replacing my windows, it cut my bill in half!! They were professional and educated me further more on why the replacement of windows would save me money in the long run. Happy Customer!!!
