The inception of this company began with my role as a home inspector. I realized I had the opportunity to help homeowners reduce their insurance costs. This realization led me to offer Retrofitting Services across Florida. By adding nails, clips, and straps to current roof frameworks, I achieved Roof to Wall Connection credits for Hurricane Wind Mitigation Retrofitting, thereby assisting clients in lowering their homeowners' premiums. Recognizing the demand for Retrofitting due to insufficient initial Hurricane protections on roofs, I chose to broaden the business to include Roofing services.

Being a family-focused person, I find fulfillment in helping others as much as possible. With my Roofing and General Contractors licenses, I aimed to utilize them in a more personal way. I was troubled by the sight of homeowners dealing with substantial rises in their insurance premiums. By establishing this company, I can assist countless individuals in lowering their insurance rates and putting money back in their pockets.
