Worst experience of our lives. Hurricane Ian destroyed the inside of our home, to the point of gutting down to the studs. ACC Mastercraft was our contractor and sent their sub contractor, Michael Lopez of ML Renovations, who knew nothing about drywall, insulation, tiling, painting, just nothing. Workmanship was bottom level. Acc Mastercraft would do nothing to send us someone who knew what they were doing. They did tell us their whole crew was elsewhere making better money, and Michael is all they had. So many mistakes throughout our home. Four months of us living elsewhere and still wasn't done properly. They threatened us with suing, a lien and so on, and finally refused to assist with the re-dos and completion. I sent file, pictures and information to all agencies in our govt. that handled complaints like these to no avail. We're still trying to put our home together with professionals and our own money to get it finished. It's been over a year now and has been a horror. Not a company we'd ever recommend or use again.
