Patrick Hamilton did the same thing to my doctor after I referred this company!! He won't do the work OR pay her back. He has a record of doing this to others I am reading!! Wow! So pissed!

From getting my quote until every nail was picked up this company was the greatest. Brittany was my project manager and I loved having a super competent woman up on my roof drawing the plans and advising me. The job began as promised and was completed very quickly. There was constant communication from the team with photos and progress reports. Shawn was the on site manager and he was thorough and always on top of it. Thanks to Patrick and crew for my beautiful new copper penny metallic roof!

I hired Florida building pros to resolve my code violation issues. They were quick to sent estimate and take payment. Was supposed to be completed within 3-4 weeks as per promise and per contract. 3 months later, still nothing done and nothing resolved. He did not even put the correct task for the engineers and wrong plans were made. Asked for correction - but they all decided its easier to ghost the client in need of revisions. Patrick Hamilton, supposedly ""florida favorite roofer"" became rude, and after wasting 4 months told me he cant help me. He still has not refunded me. Its over 4k paid. He was running show of ""that will be done next week"" for months before he told me he is not capable to do what he was hired for. But was very capable to take money. Stay away from this company and that guy.

This company is AWESOME! Not only did Patrick Hamilton (the owner) squeeze me in right after hurricane Ian to tarp my roof before the next rain storm but they were also right on schedule. They said 6-8 weeks from deposit and they were here around the 7th to eighth week. Judson I'm going to call the foreman was terrific. Great person, very knowledgeable and easy to get along with. I also had the pleasure of personally meeting Patrick Hamilton today. Very nice guy , United States Army veteran. (Thank you for you service). You cant go wrong using this company for your roofing needs. Thank you for a job well done.
