Ray is a horrible contractor. He subs everything out. Then he doesn't pay his subs - so they don't show up to work or finish. Then they don't do a good job - and Ray refuses to correct any mistakes. When he doesn't get paid, he files a lien on the property - even though the work isn't completed or finished. Avoid Ray and Florida Allied Contractor Services AT ALL COSTS!!!! Honest and Integrity are the tag lines on his website - yet he is the furthest from honest and has the least amount of integrity than anyone I've ever met. Nothing but lies and excuses.

I will say that Ray is one of the most professional people I have met, he takes pride in his business' and it shows. I paid him a very healthy amount in my opinion, not that it wasn't worth it, it most certainly was and I would pay it all over again for the quality of work and professionalism he portrayed. Even through all the problems with the solar company he used, not his fault in any way I asked him for additional hold downs for the metal panels because they were holding on my 55 large solar panels. Hurricane Ian came and went and I did not loose anything, I am so very happy with the work he did considering that almost every single roof around me was lost completely. I would recommend him to everyone that needs anything done with there home. I would love to have more work done but he is way to busy for the small tasks that I need.
