Contacted Flipper Roofing and they responded immediately. Excellent work by Jerry and his team! They solved a roof leak issue, replaced broken tiles, replaced flashing collars and tar paper, cleaned out debris and a fixed a number of other roof issues, then cleaned up the work area. Very nice team to work with and I would highly recommend them!

We are so pleased with the work Flipper Roofing did at our Discovery Bay home under really windy conditions for maintenance and repairs of a 30 year tile roof. After an initial roof inspection, we received a timely detailed report of the roof's condition along with a cost estimate. Jerry and his crew arrived promptly at 8:00 am and completed the job in 4.5 hours. Professional, efficient and easy experience. Highly recommend them.

Unreliable and not organized.
This guy has no common sense or ability to keep his commitments.
Contacted Jerry based on a contractor referral. Due to Jerry's existing schedule he said he would contact me Thursday or Friday morning to set up a time to stop by and give me his bid. Friday night I texted and him and he called me and set up to come by around 10am Saturday. Ok, Saturday at 11 no call or communication I texted him, no response. At 12 I called him and left a voice mail. Asked if he could come by at 3:30 or 4.
He finally calls me at 2:30 saying his phone got dropped in the water while he was putting his boat in the water. Had to wait for it to dry out. I guess he can't use his wife's phone or home phone, or just come over as planned.
So then he says that he can't come over today because he has family now there, but wants to come over on Sunday (Father's Day).
I don't want to risk the next set of excuses tomorrow or when he is scheduled to do the work.
Just find someone else who can live up to their word

We woke up to a leak in our bedroom.
Next morning asked for references on Nextdoor and 6 of 9 people said Flipper.
I called, they came out, did a full inspection and fixed everything before the rain started again.
Great service, fair pricing.

We were not satisfied with using Jerry at this company. Would not recommend this company. Call around, other companies don't charge a inspection fee at all.

We're expecting El Nino to appear, and we were suspiciously eyeing our roof. Most roofers are currently too busy even to acknowledge calls. A coworker recommended Jerry Kanawyer of Flipper Roofing & Construction, so we contacted him. He showed up very promptly, addressed our concerns (which proved to be fairly minor) and now we're ready for winter. What a relief! We'd like to heartily recommend his business, as he was thorough and did not attempt to make a mountain out of a molehill.
