I would highly recommend Fleur de Lis Roofing. We needed our entire roof replaced and had an insurance company deadline. Fleur de Lis was able to schedule during the Christmas holidays and complete the job quickly. Mr. Wright was always very helpful and professional to work with. After the roofing work was done, our yard was completely cleaned. The house looks great!

Called for an estimate after 10/28/20 hurricane damage. Person came out and inspected roof and promised I would received written estimates by that night. Well, the end of the day came and went and I did not received the promised estimates. Waited several days and still nothing. Sent email/texts to company and was promised it soon...again several days went by and nothing received. Finally received the estimates about 10 days after promised. They were incomplete and not what the insurance company/adjuster required to process my claim. Called the company back and was told that ""it wasn't their job"" to provide the kind of estimate that the insurance company/adjuster required. Finally convinced them that I wanted to hire their company and that I DESPARATELY needed these estimates. Finally the agreed to provide what I needed but said that he needed to come out to my home and ""get measurements"" again. Something that SHOULD have been done the first time around. Was promised revised estimates but again never received them. Never came out and then no contact until I again texted/emailed, approximately a week later finally received a response to a text. The said that they had already given me estimates and that's all they were going to do. It would have been nice if they would have told me this a week earlier instead of keeping me hanging. Needless to say, I wasted almost a month with this company...my insurance claim is still not filed as I now have to find another roofing company.....This is no way to do business and I would recommend NOT to hire this company. It is apparent that they didn't ""measure"" the first time around and they said that they would have to AGAIN come out and measure....very untimely responses to calls, texts and emails. Do yourself a favor and avoid this company.

Fleur De Lis Roofing repaired and replaced my soffit, fascia and gutters. The crew was experienced and hard working despite stormy weather challenges and having to negotiate my garden. Upon completion, my property was left spotless. Mr.Wright monitored each phase of the project to insure proper installation. I am totally pleased with the end result. Great job for a great price and my home looks like new. When I need a new roof...Fleur De Lis will get the call.

Cannot get any better experience that what we received from William Wright and Fleur de Lis Roofing. We needed roofing repairs quickly to address insurance concerns. William was very prompt with coming out to assess our needs, honest about what repairs were needed and quickly made us feel like he was not trying to simply ""sell"" us services. His estimate and final price was very fair and we know we made the right decision with going with Fleur de Lis. He was very thorough in his description and detailing of the work to help us understand the exact work that he and his crew would be doing. Very prompt, very responsive and very professional throughout the project to make sure all of our questions were answered. VERY satisfied with the work that was done and if we had any additional roofing needs, William would be the first call we would make....hands down! I am very particular when it comes to responsiveness, customer service, quality of work and follow through. William and his team beat the mark in each of these categories. Prompt and on the go but Worse service hires bunch of inexperienced Spanish workers
Told me to get all roof done I got it done he gave me warranty it won't leak the roof has leaked twice since told me it's not where he repaired and would never fix at the places he did
Ended up calling someone else better and cheaper

Out of the 3 estimates Fleur De Lis Roofing was 100-200 more than the cheapest. Went with my gut feeling and I was not disappointed. The owner/operator and estimator William did not try to ""sell"" me his company like the others. He was honest, I was thinking about getting an expensive style of shingle but he said ""save your money"". He was glad to do it but with my style roof it just would not look right. Completely clean when job was complete. Very happy customer. Roof looks great!!

Mr. Wright performed further repairs that seem to have solved the roofing issue. I believe the problem was with his employee doing shoddy work, but unfortunately that reflects on the business owner. When Mr. Wright came to inspect the problem himself, he was able to identify and rectify the problem and we had no leak after the last couple of rainfalls.
