As a single mother and a homeowner, having anything broken or needing repairs is daunting (financially AND the aspect of not knowing if the company is going to be honest with you!) I highly recommend Fleming Brothers Roofing for many reasons.

Without getting too descriptive, I had my roof replaced only 3 years ago using a different company. You can imagine how shocked I was when I began to see dark spots appearing on my ceiling underneath my skylights SO quickly! Then came Hurricane Milton, and the spots became even worse. I posted in my cities' Facebook page to request a recommendation for roof repairs- at least 15 of the 20 comments highly recommended Mike Fleming with Fleming Brothers Roofing.

From start to finish, Mike communicated with me and was always up front. They replaced (very cheap/bad skylights) with skylights of higher quality for a very fair price. They showed up when they said they would, they left no materials behind, and they even made a small repair unrelated for me while up there.

Give Mike a call, this business is family owned and operated with morals and honestly.

We selected Fleming Bros to reroof our home because 4 or 5 years ago we had a problem with a section of roof shingles that needed to be repaired. We called around to 8 or so roofing companies. Half never even returned our calls, a couple more called back to say they don't do roof repairs just reroofing and another company wanted $500 to come out to spend 20-30 minutes to do the repair. Just when we had given up all hope, Fleming sent out a fourth generation member of the family to take a look. He offered to do the job for a very reasonable cost and scheduled the repair for a few days later. We were happy with the result and promised to use them when it came time to replace the roof.
That time did come in late June 2024 so we took 3 bids including one with Fleming. The bids were fairly close in price , Fleming was not the cheapest but we felt very comfortable that they would do a great job. Evan, a 4th generation member of the Fleming family was our go to man and stayed in touch with us every step of the way. We visited their modest office in Oviedo and enjoyed chatting to the friendly staff and picking out the color for the shingles. We learned more than most people will ever know about roofing and shingles in particular - but it was fun.
The day before work was to begin Evan once again called to check in and showed up the next morning shortly after the work crew had begun tearing off the old roof. He was present on and off that day and the following day when the new roof was being put on. The work crew were friendly and polite. We were thrilled with the result and they spend A LOT of time making sure everything got cleaned up. Evan even returned the following day with a large magnet tool to pick up any stray roofing nails.
It was great dealing with a small (but mighty!) family business and not some huge impersonal corporate conglomerate. Its well worth reading the company back story on their website. Thanks Evan - and a big thank you to the work crew.

I heard fabulous things about this company from my neighbors, so I contacted them in order to get an estimate on a roof repair. Mike Fleming promptly returned my phone call and scheduled an appointment for two days out at 9:00 am.

When no one was at my house at 9:30 am on the day of my appointment, I called the office to find out if I had gotten the day wrong, or if maybe Mike was running late. I was told they would contact him and he would return my call when he could to give me an ETA. When no one was there at 10:30 am, I again called the office and explained the situation (and that I had taken time off of work to meet Mike at my home for the estimate). I was again told that they would reach out to him and have him contact me to let me know what was going on.

We are now one day past the scheduled appointment and I have not heard a word from Mike or any other representative from the company. Completely unprofessional to miss an appointment and not even call to explain why.

These guys did an awesome job replacing my roof. They were on time and on budget. They even went above and beyond in painting the fascia board that they replaced. I can see why they have been in business so long and enjoy s great reputation. It's a simple thing, they did what they said they would do, when they said that they would go it. Zero hassle.
