Over the years, we have evolved with the construction market.
Art began with roofing and small tasks, eventually focusing on building custom homes.
For the last twenty years, Art has focused his business on roofing.
With advancements in membrane technology, he began to specialize in membrane roofing for both residential and commercial applications.
To showcase our specialization, we changed our name to Flat Roof Specialists, Inc.
We still provide installation services for composition shingles on sloped roofs.
We promise to offer optimal solutions and keep our customers informed about all advantages and disadvantages.
Being family-owned, we take pride in our craftsmanship.

I had never heard of this membrane type of roof before, but that and the insulation foam panels put down under the membrane, will protect me forever!
Peter B.We felt the price was fair, i.e., competitive. Ours was a cut up roof with many electrical penetrations, skylights, etc. We used single ply IB roofing, heat welded at the seems. Art's instructions and his happy crew's competency and attention to detail and craftsmanship was higher than I expected. No one was trying to cut corners or finish in a hurry. I think they really, really want a happy customer with a good product and good job. That's me: Happy Customer!
