This is the WORST company I've ever heard if in my life! They were hired to do some work at my daughter's apartments mind you this was all the way back on New Years Eve. So at that time we were having major storms in Sacramento. So one of the contractors decided that it would be a good idea to leave a HUGE wax roll on top if the roof which during the storm that night rolled off of the 2 story Roof and landed on top of my daughter's Mercedes SUV! Totally crushed the top of her car, shattered the back window, damaged the bumper ect. So now dl during the pouring rain everything that was inside the back of the truck like my granddaughters stroller, carseat, diapers ect were ruined! It went from losing everything in the back to having mildew and mold inside the truck! No apology from Flat Roof Pros, no follow-up or NOTHING! My apartments had to give my daughter the information for the company and when I reached out the manager or owner (IGOR) would never take the call! He had his receptionist do all the talking lol. And then get this the insurance that they had at the time said Flat Roof Pros did not pay their bill and owed them $2500 which they took out of my daughter's compensation so not only has she had to wait over 5 months to FINALLY get the insurance information from the receptionist MY DAUGHTER had to pay their debt lol! This has to be a joke right? Well unfortunately it's FACTS and now my daughter has to go through the trouble of taking Flat Roof Pros to Small Claims Court to get reimbursed for their bill that she paid plus all of her losses inside the vehicle!!!!! I would give 0 stars if I could this company is very unprofessional and careless! Count your days Flat Roof Pros we will see you in court soon with all of the receipts and logs of lack of communication. You should be ashamed to run a business and not pay your own damn bills smh! Unbelievable!

Flat Roof Pros installed a brand new commercial flat roof in June 2022.

With the first rain after the roof was installed, the roof leaked and Flat Roof Pros said it was the HVAC duct work so we had new duct work installed.

The roof leaked in the same place leak again with the next rain. After multiple calls, they came out and said they had tested the roof and it was water tight.

Last week, the roof leaked in the SAME place again. After we placed multiple calls, we are again waiting for someone to return our call and come fix our roof.

Do not believe Igor the owner, he did not pay one of his suppliers so the supplier put a lien on 50 of our condo units, our HOA had to pay it to remove the liens, nice guy! If Igor did not have the materials ready, Covid or no Covid, he should NOT have taken the roofs off of seven of our buildings to the membranes and left them exposed to the sun all last summer, more than four months. Our condo complex is suing him, and rightfully so!

Igor (President of the business) has been extremely professional and helpful in resolving our issues with the miscommunication from the solar contractor and us (homeowners) I wish we could have come to an agreement before a lien was placed on our property, however, I do encourage you to speak directly to him if you are doing business with his company, as I believe him to be an honest business owner.

If there were any hiccups with owners, Flat Roof took care of it quickly and with care. I do believe this company truly cares about its customers needs and I recommend this company for any roofing needs!

Ben went above and beyond. He was sent out to get an estimate, and came back with the issue resolved.

I'd never hope that my 2017 roof goes bad, but you bet I can stand behind a company who goes above and beyond, even for a client that wasn't theirs.

UPDATE: Within minutes of my review the CEO called me directly to listen to my concerns and address the situation. He apologized for the missed responses and Instead of just scheduling one of his guys to come out later, he himself came out the very next day (Sunday) and made the repair on the spot. I was impressed by his responsiveness and desire to make things right. This is the kind of service that I had anticipated when choosing this company based on previous interactions. It is clear that while there were some communication delays, that this business takes their workmanship and service seriously.

Replaced my mom's roof in July 2019. The last storm caused the roof to leak, dripping into her home damaging her furniture, the structure of her home and flooring. She has called the company daily seeking help, with no response. She has a 20 year warranty, but still no call back from them. Beware when using this company. They are happy to take your money upfront, but if there is any issue with the roof don't expect a response.

I was in need of a new roof, so I reach out to a few companies that specialize in commercial flat roofs. Ben came out and gave an estimate with a few options. I asked if I could get the estimate back sooner than later. I did receive it within the next day. And move forward on the process and it was done three weeks later be for the rain at the end of December. Once they finish I did have a little bit of water coming through and Igor came back ASAP and fix it. With all the rain lately it hasn't leaked. Definitely a trustworthy company.

Flatroof Pros have been a good responsible company.
About 2 years ago, my roof had some leaking issue and it was repaired by the company. This winter, I had another leaking issue on the roof,
which was quickly checked out and repaired by the company. The repair is still under 2 year warranty, but the company put my roof issue as higher priority to get the issue resolved.

This company is really taking care of its clients, never running away from the issues.
