UPDATE: Within minutes of my review the CEO called me directly to listen to my concerns and address the situation. He apologized for the missed responses and Instead of just scheduling one of his guys to come out later, he himself came out the very next day (Sunday) and made the repair on the spot. I was impressed by his responsiveness and desire to make things right. This is the kind of service that I had anticipated when choosing this company based on previous interactions. It is clear that while there were some communication delays, that this business takes their workmanship and service seriously.

Replaced my mom's roof in July 2019. The last storm caused the roof to leak, dripping into her home damaging her furniture, the structure of her home and flooring. She has called the company daily seeking help, with no response. She has a 20 year warranty, but still no call back from them. Beware when using this company. They are happy to take your money upfront, but if there is any issue with the roof don't expect a response.

I was in need of a new roof, so I reach out to a few companies that specialize in commercial flat roofs. Ben came out and gave an estimate with a few options. I asked if I could get the estimate back sooner than later. I did receive it within the next day. And move forward on the process and it was done three weeks later be for the rain at the end of December. Once they finish I did have a little bit of water coming through and Igor came back ASAP and fix it. With all the rain lately it hasn't leaked. Definitely a trustworthy company.

Flatroof Pros have been a good responsible company.
About 2 years ago, my roof had some leaking issue and it was repaired by the company. This winter, I had another leaking issue on the roof,
which was quickly checked out and repaired by the company. The repair is still under 2 year warranty, but the company put my roof issue as higher priority to get the issue resolved.

This company is really taking care of its clients, never running away from the issues.

Do not waist your time with this company. They wont even show up to your appointment.

I made an apt a week in advance and even got a confirmation 2 days prier. When the day came I called and they had forgot my appointment wanted to residual. It really put me in a bad spot because i stayed home from work for the appointment because it was the only free time i had before i left town for a week. extremely unprofessional.

Flat Roof Pros is awesome. I worked with the owner Igor and he was very professional. They gave me a 20yr labor and material warranty and did an amazing job. They took care of everything and guaranteed me the roof didn't leak. They even did some extra work to make sure it was solid. We just had multiple days of hard rain and it held up perfectly. I would recommend them to my friends and family in a heart beat. Don't let the roofing companies tell you it needs to be replaced when you have a flat roof.
