I wanted to voice my experience with this company.
-very poor communication from Gabe the owner about any updates.
- overall very disappointed in the ceiling repairs
- fence & gutters that were supposed to be replaced never got touched...(since April 2022, Gabe- owner & Bill- appraiser has not responded to me or send me any updates)

August 26, 2021 I paid him $7225.00
August 27, 2021 his team came and replaced my roofing & said they will come back to do the inside repairs- roofing looks good overall.
From August 31 through September 21- I texted him numerous times tor updates to see when he was going to come and do the repairs on my ceiling.
Finally he called a random guy to come do the repairs and the guy literally just put paste & paint on the ceiling...
When Gabe came to pick up his company sign that he placed outside my house I told him I was not happy about this and he came inside and said 'that's what your insurance company paid for'. From that he just walked back outside to look for his sign and left.

A couple of months passed and oddly enough my sister called him for a estimate, and I found out and told her what I went through. Thankfully she didn't pay him and she was able to not hire him.

He then called me a week later to tell me why I stopped my sister from using him. I then told him everything again and he said he was sorry and wanted to finish the job 'properly'.
From March 2022 - May 2022 I texted him again numerous times again to get updated on when he was planning to come finish my fence and gutters as recently promised (at a discount due to the experience)...
As of May 2022 I have not heard from him or bill.

I selected Flash Roofing after viewing one of their completed projects. I needed my back yard fence replaced and I had been looking for some time for the right contractor. I have to say that Flash Fencing did an excellent job. They used good quality materials on my fence replacement and the work was done with precision and of a very high quality. They even removed all the old fencing and cleaned up after the job was done. I couldn't ask for a better result. I have some other projects in mind and Flash Fencing is number one on my list.
