Extremely disappointing experience. Its been almost 2 months and they still have not put our solar panels back up after re-doing the roof. The roofers left staples and nails all over, driveway, backyard. Total safety issue. They slammed materials down so hard on the roof, drywall dust from the ceiling inside were all over. Communication has been poor throughout the process sometimes taking days to get back to me.

I would not recommend Flash Roofing they fix my roof and after a rain the water is filtering making damages on 80% of the
ceilings now they send the Foreman ho was on charge of the job and him is alleging
I feel i hire a company ho I can trust because they have insurance but you hire only a contractor ho don't care how the job is done they don't have an office where you can go and speak in person now Rafael the Foreman supposed to fix my house and him is allegation is him need to work to save money to be abble to fix my house they don't want to used their insurance to cover the damage made from the water leaks
they left few rooms open they remove the ceiling to find the leaks but the leaks are all over the house there is 3 weeks after that and there is not response when they are going to fix it
please not hire this company better find someone else to fix your Roof

I'm very disappointed by how dishonest & unprofessional Flash Roofing is. We paid for 2 skylights to be installed when we were getting our roof done and instead of bringing the ones we ordered, they brought over 2 cheap Home Depot ones and tried to install them. Both of these were a total downgrade from the ones we had. My husband told the guy to take them back because they were the wrong ones and they have yet to make it right. It's been several months with no communication or refund. I would strongly suggest doing business with a roofing company that has integrity.... Not Flash Roofing.

Scheduling department is out of whack!!! Team of roofers with several trucks showed up a week earlier, turned away, waste of fuel and man hours. Our detailed message requesting acknowledgement on scope of work and equipment needed for interior drywall rain-water damage repairs were not passed onto technician, he showed up with wrong scope of work, did not have proper equipment to do the job. We've had to displace furniture twice now, on both occasions workers did not have proper equipment. Phone calls never answered by live person, leave a message and wait for response. Serious lack of internal communication, which is also voiced by field employees I've talked with, they experience same. Don't use these guys, you'll only experience frustration getting your project scheduled.

March 16, 2024 if I could give this company zero stars I would. Whatever you do, do not hire this company! Although the workers, themselves, were nice and did a thorough job, the employees who work at the company, ordering the tile, and such, have no idea what they are doing! Some examples, first of all, in October we went and picked out a tile that we were told was in stock. We were also told that we needed to pay, immediately, so that this tile could be ordered, in order to make sure it would still be in stock. in November, after the roofers had taken off our old tile, and those huge storms were in the near future, we were called and told that our tile was not actually in stock, and we later found out that this was because they did not end up ordering the tile until 10 days later! We were given three options of tile that we were told were in stock and we decided to go with a different color tile. Surprise, surprise, not only was the second tile not in stock either, although we were told it was, it was an additional $5000 more than the original tile we picked out and we were never told of this incredible price difference at the time we had to pick this new tile. Also, three days after the phone call to choose a different tile, 16 1/2 pallet of tile was delivered on our driveway, blocking our cars from getting in and out of our garage. After the driver left, it became
apparent that this tile was not the tile we switched to but, instead, the original tile, the one that we were told was not in stock. Long story short, because of all the holidays, this wrong tile sat in our driveway until after the first of the new year! Meaning, not only could I not park my car in the garage, and my husband could not get his car out of the garage, for almost 2 months, but this eyesore of 16 1/2 pallets of tile sat in our driveway for all of our Christmas and New Year's gatherings!
*To top it off, someone at the company ordered 1000 more tiles and, no, I didn't accidentally add another zero than needed because they did not take into consideration the installation of our solar panels, even though they had the plans from the solar company! Yes, we were charged for all of these extra, unused tiles! The workers threw away these perfectly good tiles because the company won't pick them up, unless we pay for it! So, we were charged for this overage of tile that could have, literally, reroofed a small house! Just do not hire this company!!!

Flash Roofing did an excellent job on our roof from start to completion. We appreciate their quick and professional response to our request for a quote. Their fee was reasonable, and their work was timely. The customer service staff was pleasant and efficient every time we called. The team for the roof work was punctual and hardworking. They arrived early in the morning, worked hard during the day and cleaned up before leaving. Thank you all for the fantastic work! Our new roof looks great!

I would recommend Flash Roofing to anyone. They do quality and professional work. I sell solar and every roof job I need to get done I always use Flash Roofing and they have never let me down so I will continue working with them.
Also Alex from Flash Roofing is amazing to work with as well. She is always staying in constant communication and doing everything and beyond to make sure the customer has the most pleasant experience. Again, I would recommend them to anyone.

In a time where we all seem to pay more and get less, Flash Roofing is the exact opposite! Their price was fair and worked hard to help with our needs! Their communication, ease to due business with, and levels of professionalism from their teams was simply outstanding!!... Many thanks to everyone who helped us during every stage of the process...so refreshing to have this experience these days! I would have added a 6th star for y'all... the delivery of those Crumbl Cookies was just absolutely over the top!
